The main story, Prior Acquaintances was the reason for this site being made now with a second story added it's being moved here from the single fic section, I have yet to read Tokyo 3 Lan Tourney but its sound fun.

IMO, all the multi part stories on this site are one of the best around, first with TOILI (which has been translated into 5 different languages), TB3 which I found enjoyable reading and the newest series Chosen which so far its a very good read. There's also a Evangelion stories archive where you can find a lot more evangelion fan fiction that have been written (with there associated links where possible).

This page contains a lot of fan fics but it's not just on Evangelion, but the Ranma anime series also. The main Evangelion fic on this page is called Pages, unlike some other stories this one focuses on Gendou and Yui and there relationship together (this fic I haven't read yet, so not much I can say about it)

The fic "will to survive" brought me to this site a while ago, I've read most of the fics here (except for "we all cast shadows", "makouso" and "my lovely") and they were all very good IMO.
