Baboo was a servant of Rita Repulsa, and later Lord Zedd. Mostly acting as a scapegoat for the duo's failiures, Baboo was also somewhat skilled as a chemist. Though nowhere near Finster's level, Baboo did create a Punk Potion that was used on Billy and Kimberly, turning them into punks. He, along with his sidekick Squatt, performed other minor tasks for Rita that were too important to risk with the Putty Patrol, but not important enough to send Goldar or a monster. He was more scared of Zedd than he was of Rita, and thus usually kept his distance from the skinless emperor.
When the Machine Empire arrived on the moon, Squatt and Baboo fled with Zedd and Rita to the M51 Galaxy. That was the last time Baboo was seen, not even returning when Zedd and Rita conquered the Vica Galaxy, and his current whereabout are unknown.
