My father was living in Going Snake District and my mother was living there with her mother on the edge of Delaware.
He had a half sister on his father's side named Ah-yah-nih.
My mother's name was Dah-gih.
I think my mother's father was dead then but her mother was living.
My mother's mother was named Quait-sey or Betsey.
Think my grandmother was living in 51 with her mother named, Oo-wah-de- yah-hih or in English Hannah.
My mother didn't have any full brothers or sisters.
She had a half brother named Jack Foster that was older than she. He was very likely living to himself at that time.
My father's name was Wat Russell, Indian name Wa-tie Oo-yah-ly-gah-cle.
My father's fa-ther was dead in 51.
His mother was named A-gih or Aggie. She was living in 51 with her sisters I think.
They were named Celia.
Another was Na-lih or Nellie.
I don't know whether my father was living to himself or not.
I have a full brother named Jim Russell.
He lives at Oaks.
He is younger than I.
I am a night hawk.
I am a full blood and my people have always lived with the Cherokees."
