What is ABC?

Allies Building Community Inc. (A.B.C.) is a worldwide community of people from all races, creeds and spiritual paths. The organization is dedicated to friendship, joy, prosperity and enabling the beauty to be expressed in each other and in the community.

Our Vision

A beautiful community of people dedicated to creating a higher vision of themselves by using their unique talents, interests and energy to serve others within the community and the world at large. A worldwide network of individuals committed to applying higher principles including love, friendship, integrity, mutual support, forgiveness, non-judgment, courage, gratitude and humility in their daily lives. A humanity in which people function at a high level of awareness in order to serve and co-create peace, friendship, prosperity, enlightenment and a higher quality of life for all.

Our Mission

To develop a beautiful community of allies and friends from diverse backgrounds, sharing joy, friendship and prosperity, as a model for economic, human and community development; to co-create safe spaces that allow people to individually and collectively manifest their best concept of themselves; to serve as examples to others in all arenas of life and to recognize and honor people's achievements; to financially support, help create and maintain A.B.C. structures of support, web sites, donor organizations, conversations and other programs that encourage the free flow of people's ideas, passions, and energy so that people may express their purpose with joy, friendship and prosperity.

We Believe

• We believe that the way to change the world is by changing ourselves first. Specifically, the daily focus is on being courageous and kind, correcting our own misperceptions and practicing forgiveness. We believe everyone has the right to choose their own reality and that there is no single path to the experience of universal love, and no single path for personal evolution and growth. We can honor all of them and this mutual respect will help us to live in peace and joy together.

• We believe that through friendship and trust we can work together peacefully by sharing, forgiving, suspending judgments and criticisms, and communicating from the heart. We believe that A Beautiful Community encourages people to realize their joy and passions and achieve personal growth.

• We believe that when people utilize their skills, talents and energy to contribute and support something meaningful and beneficial to others, the result is a community that is more harmonious, peaceful, joyful, and empowered.

• We believe that there are an increasing number of people who are called to be a part of something larger than themselves because of a growing consciousness to live authentic lives and to transform personal values into useful applications and practice. We believe people are yearning for fulfillment and that by working together to create opportunities we can help each other to develop character, courage, competence, capabilities, and support. Through this cooperation all of us could attain a higher level of consciousness and could transform our dreams into a prosperous material reality.

• We believe all people are unique and valuable and that we are all connected through a higher energy. While we may all have different ideas about how we relate to this energy, we agree that by working together in a united and dedicated effort we can accomplish together more than we can accomplish by ourselves. We can create various support structures and processes that will enhance the quality of life for everyone. We can create programs to address current and coming needs, and develop additional benefits, security, mutual support and prosperity programs. We can create the infrastructure that will allow people to live to their fullest potential and to do it with a passion that is shared with everyone. We trust that we are guided and led by higher principles and we trust that if we create and maintain ongoing structures of support and fulfillment, it may make the path a little easier and a little bit lighter and more fun along the way for everyone.

Allies Building Community Inc. (A.B.C.) serves as an nonprofit umbrella (50lc3) organization to build community spirit, capacity and an enriched quality of life by bringing together ideas, energy, talents, experience and resources to create and implement community initiatives and innovative programs. ABC organizations include A Beautiful Community, Asian Benevolent Corps and New China Institute.

A Beautiful Community is a worldwide community of people from all races, creeds and spiritual paths dedicated to friendship, joy, prosperity and enabling beauty in each other and in the community. Its mission is to build a beautiful community of allies and friends of diverse backgrounds, sharing joy, friendship and prosperity as a model for economic, human and community development to undo fear, ignorance, guilt, lack, suffering and negativity. A.B.C. has been an all volunteer community service organization.

Asian Benevolent Corps' mission is to bring together Asians, Asian-Americans, Pacific Islanders and non-Asians to improve relationships, mutual understanding, trust, appreciation and cooperation to achieve common goals and contribute to world peace, prosperity and progress. ABC has thousands of members worldwide and since1963, has successfully sponsored numerous innovative initiatives in education, entrepreneurship, arts, and community services.
