Aust Champion Kilwarrin Thee Monet

Sire: Ch Kilwarrin Fair Thee Well
Dam: Glenkinchie Gainsborough
Whelped: 5/3/1998

Monet is as beautiful as the paintings her namesake painted, if he had known her, there would have been little gold dogs lounging around in most of his garden paintings.
She is extremely affectionate, sweetly endowing her favours with smooches and her head snuggled into your shoulder.

Officially measured and qualified by the SSCV for their "Champion of correct height" award, she is 13 7/8 inches

A little princess having stood proudly and confidently between a Borzoi and a Alaskan Malmute for Best in Show lineups, She is a delight to show and a pleasure to have at home.
Update: Unfortunately Monet was cruelly injured by a very nasty irresponsible man with whom I was sharing a house.(anyone wishing to know more details is welcome to email me directly) Her leg was broken in two places, quite severely. Whilst she has recovered from this injury, she often limps and also tends now to turn her leg inwards as if to better support herself. Thus we no longer can show her.
Monet was unable to ever have a puppies which is a shame as her sweet nature would have been wonderful to pass on. She remains with us as a much loved pet

Rune is the tomboy of the sisters, occasionally nicknamed "RacknRuin" she is a little ratbag, fun, spirited and naughty and demands being patted. She is wonderful dog to show and able to be shown by anyone, as long as they have liver or chicken in their pockets. She has passed on some of her delightful temperament to Drusilla see below.

as 3year old Thea the good mother
Ch Kilwarrin Fair Heart in typical response to having her photo taken, She hates it!! Im sure plenty of you know the feeling.
Thea litter sister to Liam and Darcy, was never a fan of the show ring and has not been shown since obtaining her title. Very sound with terrific ability to turn fast as she terrorises her brother Liam when playing She has great reach and drive. Thea has real attitude, with an absolute loathing for cameras she has even barked and gone nuts when spying me trying to sneak a shot of her out of a window, hence very few good photos of her were possible, here (right) is a typical response to the camera.

Another Liam daughter, Merci is a wonderful young lady to have around with her happy friendly temperament. She had a very successful 2002, picking up Best Minor/Puppy in Group and In Show Awards, Puppy Sweepstakes wins, topping it off with Best Minor and Reserve Challenge at the Royal Melbourne Show. She also had great publicity becoming a page 3 girl of our Local Star Newspaper who did an article on her/us regarding the Royal show. She had 2 ccs (37pts) before she turned 12 months and dropped all her gorgeous coat.
UPDATE: Nov 2004 - Merci has two gorgeous pups November 2004, Ryder and Sugar see Youngsters page for pics.

Dru has that wonderful combination of high ear placement, and almond shape eye, giving her an expression that just makes you melt
See below the photos of her as a puppy at the Sheltie Club's funday where she stole a big stuffed snake off an Aussie Shepherd and hid it under our table, laying on it with a "its mine", attitude. The Aussie was most put out
She is named after the wicked yet beautiful vampiress from "Buffy" but has turned into the sweetest natured girl.
Her sister Nichaud went to Jennifer Webb of Dancerwood Kennels in NSW.
