Train for 1 week to prepare for this transformation.Then 2 weeks of transforming 2 e-mails a day. You must have Ohruzu training done you have 1 week of training to become a Super Saiyan Dai Ni Dankia 1 e-mail a day. 1 week of training to become a Super Saiyan Dai San Dankia 1 e-mail a day. After a week of reset Super Saiyan level 2 kicks in 3 weeks of training 2 e-mails a day. Super Saiyan-jin 3 Traing is for 3 week 1 e-amil a day. Super Saiyan-jin 4 you have Golden Ohruzu training done 3 weeks of training and 1 e-mail a day.
Remeber you can stop at anytime after become a Super Saiyan, you don't have to go on to the next level.

If you turn Super Saiyan Dai Ni Dankia you Powerlevel goes up by 1000,000. When you turn Super Saiyan it goes up by 50,000 more.
If you turn Super Saiyan Dai Ni Dankia you Powerlevel goes up by 1100,000. When you turn Super Saiyan it goes up by 55,000 more
If you turn Super Saiyan-Jin 2 you Powerlevel goes up by 150,000. When you turn Super Saiyan it goes up by 75,000 more.
