Bangladesh army terrorize indigenous Pankho people in Sajek

On 14 May 1996 Maj. Gen. Azizur Rahman, the General Officer in Command of the 24 Infantry Division, compelled the local top Pankho leaders to meet him at Old Lankar BDR Camp in the Sajek valley and ordered them to oppose the PCJSS. At the same time he offered them all sorts of help if they complied with his orders. Needless to say, the Pankho Leaders were very wise not to say anything in response to his orders and offers.
