Bangladesh army rape indigenous woman in Mahalchari
On 10 Dec 1988, Bansladesh army of 1 EBR from the army Zone at Mahalchari led by Lt. Col. Sadiq raided the house of an innocent indigenous person at Mahajan Para of Maischari Mouza in Mahalchari, Khagrachari district. The army officer not only subjected the innocent person to severe beating but also raped his daughter-in-law. The victim is:
- Mr. Jagat Kumar Chakma (55), son of Late Jay Sen Chakma of Mahajan Para, Maischari, Mahalchari.
