On 23 July 1984, Bangladesh army of 30th Bengal Regiment from the Bhaibon Chara Army Camp took Mr. Digendra Lal Tripura (40), son of Mr. Jamini Roaza, of Kuradiya Chara in Panchari, Khagrachari district to the camp on a pretext of holding an urgent discussion.
