Paris is the world capital of art and culture because it has some of the most famous museums that house the works of known Impressionist painters such as Monet, Manet, Renoir and Degas. Its monuments include unique architectural designs, like the Eiffel Tower, the cathedral of Notre-Dame and the Triumphal Arch. |
