Clarification on downloading references?

Where exactly is the line being drawn?Is it when a name/link is mentioned?
Or when someone mentions that they downloaded an episode? Eg - This thread is asking for commentary on an episode, but the purpose of the commentary is to decide if it is worth downloading. CHEERS

Looks all right to me. A reminder that it would be unwise to make actual references to how or where to download the stuff itself would not go amiss, though.

When someone links to a place where a person can download episodes, that link should be edited out as quickly as possible and I would suggest warning the poster too.However, that thread is not exactly giving links to file sharing networks...
