IN this MA thread about "Inactivity" can you comment one last time, then I want to close it. I am tryig to keep it from turning into a flamefest between Metallo and reno floyd. THey are doing okay so far, but they are focusing on each other instead of the topic itself.

I'll reply again, though I think after we (the ENT mods)have a chat about all of this, we'll have a more unified and stronger stance for commenting.

Ahhh... So I see.
The ENT mods will never be able to please everyone in that forum, as some folks will simply refuse to be. I can sympathize with each side.
The one camp feels that their positive comments are met with nothing but ridicule, shouted down by those who stomp all abot as if it somehow made them look cooler. Then you have the other camp who feel ANY negative criticism is met with "if you don't like it, leave" as if to say you have to be an ENT sycophant in order to post in that forum.
King Solomon would have nightmares with this place!

^It's essentially the same problem we were dealing with a couple months left, around the time Mutai left. And yeah, it's the biggest Catch-22...we get called biased by both sides.

So the upshot is that you do the best you can, and despite the hue and cry from whichever side.... you odn't let it bother you at all. Even in light of my own tantrums about TNZ and the like  , nothing we do here on this BBS exhoes in eternity.
