Can everyone see the first thread title in the BR?

I just posted in the baba1393=hammer theread abd I went to the MAin Index page... and you know how the first thread on the forum and who posted last in it is visible? Well there it was.... baba1393=hammer -- Alphaman
Now I know that the Federation Embassy forum aren't even viewable if you're not logged in, but I was wondering if the BR forum link and it's first post is viewable from the main index page...? If so, while the actual discussion is private, at least the nature of the discussions are viewable to all registered members....!!

LOL...yeah. When I became a Mod last week, the first time I logged in the whole board looked different! I had the BR and ALL the Lounges.
So many choices...so little time!
