From Ken Evans: The bottle is listed in Richard Mix's Guide, as #DPB-0020 on page 9. It was put out in 1982 by the Louisiana Coca-Cola Bottling Co., LTD. The bottle is valued in the Guide at $200-$250 and is very hard to find. I need it for my collection and do not like to price bottles that I do not have in hopes of getting a good deal - but this one is in the Mix Guide - so it is going to be found out sooner or later...
