O Bring Your Own Table - $10.00 Fee

Zinesters are encouraged to bring their own card table. Tabling will take place on Saturday and Sunday. Please indicate if you have any special needs (e.g., will you need to have extension cords?)

O Full Table - $20.00 Fee

We have a (very!) limited allotment of full tables. These tables will be available to publishers and distributors on Saturday, July 23 and Sunday, July 24. Preference will be given to zinesters who are coming from out of town. Publishers are welcome to share the same table, but the SSCA will not be responsible for renting out half a table. Participants who wish to share a table must make such arrangements themselves.

Please send checks or money orders to the SSCA. We will contact you and let you know if you have been approved for a table. If no tables are available, your name will be placed on a waiting list. Those who do not receive a table will have their checks returned uncashed. If you have any questions about the deposit, e mail the address below.

CANCELLATIONS: Please notify the SSCA at least one week in advance if you are unable to attend. Your deposit will be refunded, and your table will be given to the first person on the waiting list. Any cancellations or no-shows after July 15, 2005 are non-refundable. Unclaimed deposits will be considered a donation to the SSCA.
