April 16, 2002

The infamous Rainbow Springs Resort in Mukwonago, WI started on fire at @2:15 am this morning. 15 fire departments had arrived to bring it under control. At least one of the buildings is lost and of course since the hotel has never been in use except for the haunted house at Halloween, there were no injuries. Interestingly enough, rumor has it that the hotel was about to be sold and someone was actually going to try to open it for business. When I get more info, I will pass it along.
