According to Ain't It Cool News, Fox Home Entertainment is confirmed to produce a Firefly DVD set including all the unaired episodes and a lot of extras.
Sci Fi Channel UK has acquired the rights to Firefly and will be airing them for a British audience beginning in May. There was some initial concern that they would show the episodes in the order in which they aired in America, beginning with "The Train Job," but after several fans made contact requesting the intended order they agreed to start with "Serenity."

Just heard the news that FOX has decided not to order any more episodes of Firefly. Obviously some sort of conspiracy by the Alliance. Much depression has set in on the message board. But with a ray of hope of a possible UPN pick-up and the episodes yet to air that hopefully will still air (and with rating that will sky-rocket!!) the boycott of FOX has begun. I'll be in my bunk...
