I don't know why but shoes tend to be one of the hardest things for me to do, but I am going to try it and turn it into a tutorial if successful. But if you are now reading this, then it must've not turned out too bad. Right? Okay, just agree with me and let's get on with the tutorial. lol!
Let's open up a doll, any doll will do since I'm only showing the feet in this tutorial, and begin by adding a new raster layer and drawing the outline, using the lasso tool. Carefully go around the foot where you want the shoe to be.
Now floodfill that outline with whatever color you choose. I chose a bluish purple.
Take your Retouch Tool now and using Darken RGB, set to size 2, Opacity:23 go around the outer edges of the shoes. Then using the Lighten RGB brush, add a highlight in the middle of the shoe on top.
