Food is what makes up our lives, It's what keeps us going...without which, we are all doomed. And even tho some of us may have it, we still find ourselves facing difficulties,in trying to manage our intake of this essential process of which makes and shapes our lives. It makes you happy at the end of a long day at work, and it also can take over our well beings, when we in-take too much, or the incorrent type or amount.
