SKID 45 '77
SKID - 'I Saw Her Standing There / Endless Sleep'
very rare and FANTASTIC Belgian glam rock with slight PUNK touch!........ released in '77 "I Saw Her Standing There" is THE BEATLES cover, raw, wild sound with GREAT shouting Slade-like vocal + very LOUD FUZZED GLAM guitars, CRUDE production......so everything sounds like trash and punk combined "Endless Sleep" is in the same vain - LOUD GLAM approaching Punk...... Panky Records, original Belgian pressing.......
( Note with girl pierced by SAFETY PIN ! )
the above description is from a music lover, we'd love to hear this as it sounds like they were a glam band who were conscious of punk when it first came around and tried to release a single combining the 2 styles....

( a book by the 7th Day Adventist church on the resurrection of Jesus ), page 93 -
The priests in putting Christ to death, had made themsleves the tools of Satan. Now they were entiely in his power. They were entangled in a snare from which they saw no escape but in continuing their warfare against Christ. When they heard the report of his resurrection they feared the wrath of the people.
They felt their own lives were in danger. The only hope for them was to prove Christ an impostor by denying that he had risen. They bribed the soldiers and secured Pilate's silence. They spread their lying reports far and near. But there were witnesses whom they could not silence.
