Hello, boys and girls, ladies and gentlemen, it's time for the WHETHER REPORT!

Thank you. As we all know, El Nino last year was absolutely devastating, except for those of us who's streets used to be river beds and own plastic boats. *smirk* La Nina this year, however, is the opposite. We remain High and Dry, especially here in Santa Barbara. As a matter of fact, we're so HaD, I have been known to look a the sky on days like today and say "I can't believe it's February!” Therefore, boys and girls, ladies and gentlemen, I HEREBY PROCLAIM A NEW MONTH! This month is Yberiberthob, the month that comes between January and July once in two blue moons.
