Homeschooling
I have homeschooled (unschooled,
community-schooled, car schooled) all my life, except for about 6 months
at Santa Barbara Charter School. I believe that homeschooling provides
a better education and environment for most people. At some point I hope
to have a bunch of essays on homeschooling and my expiriences thereof,
but since I have no time right now I'm going to put up some links. Basically
everything I would want to say is at these sites anyway.

A webpage written by a... well,
a teenage homeschooler. It has a good collection of essays on serious and
funny homeschooling issues.

Homeschool Association of California (HSC)
Exactly what it says. If you're
in California, USA and you want to homeschool, these would be good people
to talk to. I have met a lot of my best friends through the HSC conferences
and the teen listserv.
