I love this design team, and their site is a good example of what they're capable of. Each page has a small flash animation at the top displaying what section of their site you are in. Their flash portfolio is only bettered by their design portfolio, they have made amazing designs for companies as diverse as Mars and Aran Wood (a singer songwriter). The secret to Dreamteam's designs is that, as they say themselves, "We are proud of our background in the more traditional arts of design and illustration, and can apply that experience to consistently produce the best results for our clients". I think this is something all web designers aspire to, and Dreamteam achieve.
