BROKEN AND BLEEDING
Written by Christina Marie Ruiz
January 7, 2001
Here I stand before you Lord, broken and bleeding from
sin.
Here I stand before you Lord, needing your strength
within.
I know that I failed you Lord, I know that I've fallen
again.
Pick up the pieces and mend them together, making me
whole again.
I come before the cross right now, falling on my
knees.
Begging forgiveness yet once again, for all I want is
to please you.
I am weak in myself, and I ask that you make me
strong.
Comfort me, hold me, love me thou I've done wrong.
Jesus you are my strength, I need you more every day.
Help me dear Lord so that I won't fail you again.
Hear I stand before you Lord, cleansed and pure again.
Hear I stand before you Lord, feeling your strength
within.
I know that you love me Lord, you've brushed me off
again.
You picked up the pieces and mended together you've
made me whole
again.
I stand before the cross right now, getting up off my
knees.
Knowing forgiveness yet once once again, for all I
want is to please
you.
I am strong with you here, as only you can make me.
Comforted, wraped in strength, loved despite my
faults.
Jesus you are my strength, I still need you more every
day.
Continue helping me dear Lord, so that I won't fail
you again.
Continue helping me Dear Lord, so that I won't fail
you again
