TOBACCO

President Clinton and the Democratic Party should be applauded for their stand against the tobacco industry. I only regret that they weren't around forty years ago.
However, it is quite ironic that the same people who condemn tobacco companies for trying to influence our children, will tell these same children that there is nothing wrong with abortion. These same people tell our youngsters that homosexuality is an acceptable life-style. .
They give our youth condoms, saying that sexual promiscuity is okay as long as we observe safe sex. Doesn't the Democratic party realize that many of the things they advocate are far worse than the perils of tobacco? Tobacco is bad, but abortion, homosexuality and sexual promiscuity can destroy more than the body. They destroy the soul. .
The Democrats speak of improved education, yet they destroy the very foundational beliefs we teach our children. They speak of families, yet sexual promiscuity and homosexuality are responsible for the ruin and destruction of many families. .
The Vice President gave a very moving speech and brought tears to the eyes of many as he described the death of his sister. But how many Heavenly tears have been shed for the 35,000,000 aborted babies? How many heavenly tears are shed for the millions of souls being lost over the sexual revolution advocated by our liberal leaders?

Jesus once called the Scribes and Pharisees hypocrites. I wonder what He is calling our Democratic Leaders. .
