1. Please tell the readers about the band. When it was formed, the line-up, releases and stuff like that.
Demoriel was formed in the Winter of -99 by Vaargh(myself) and Pisk.
We have released 2 demos, one is a re-release beacuse the first one
was as fucking un-tight that you wouldnt belive it.
Both demos are entitled "Lord Over North".
2. How would you describe your music? What are your musical influences?
We play Black Metal the old way.
We have influences from DarkThrone and (old) Burzum.
3. What inspires you lyrically? What topics do the lyrics deal with?
Lyrical inspiration is Darkness, hate, sorrow..
The topic of the lyrics is about Hate.
Hate against mankind, Hate against the christian man..
4. What is the main purpose of your music? Any political/religious message?
We want to share our knowledge about the Kingdom that will come.
The angels above WILL be slayed.
The god of light has lost.
We want people to turn themselves to the dark side.
To serve the Master below.
5. What about live shows? Have you played any gigs lately? How often do you
play live?
We havent played live yet, but we hope that in a near future we will.
6. How is the metal scene in your area? Are you in contact with other
bands?
There are alot of shitty bands here but also
alot of good ones.
I have contact with Pesttanz, Woods Of Infinity and some others.
7. Is anybody in your band involved in other projects? If yes, who and
which?
Pisk is involved in 2 other bands, dont no the names of them.
8. What is the best cd / demo you have heard in the last month?
CD:DarkThrone-Ravishing Grimness, DEMO:Woods Of Infinity-Gaggenau.
9. What was the last concert you went to? What was the best concert you
have been at?
The last concert i went to was Edge of Sanity when they played in Skåne.
The best concert was with Necrophobic when they played in Skåne.
I dont visit festivals.
10. What kind of beverage is your favourite? Any special brands? Do you do
any drugs?
Svart Gult, Åbro.No, no drugs.
11. What can really piss you off?
People that dont stand for what they say they belive in.
"Oh, i worship Satan, but i dont think that he exsists" <--Yes, i´ve heard
one say that.
12. What are you plans for the future? Gigs, releases and so on.
We are writing some new material for our demo to come (no name yet).
We have asked Pesttanz if they where intersted in doing a splitdemo with us.
A label in France has showed interest in Demoriel, so we will send them some
demos and hopefully we will have a record deal..
We shall see..
