This is an Illinois 23 Jewel 60 hour Bunn Special.  The case is fancy white gold filled and is marked Illinois Bunn Special Case Model #28 Keystone Watch Case 14k gold filled.  The movement is marked 60 hour, 23 Jewel.  The crystal is a "bulls-eye" (rare) style.  The serial number on the movement indicates that it was originally built about 1929.  The watch runs with almost perfect timing.
