For the past decade and a half I have observed a very strange sight on the roads of our ponderous nation.

I have seen many times on the road when driving and walking plain white panel vans with government plates, no make or model markings, no inspection or emission stickers. These vans are driven by men matching the most ordinary set of statistics, brown hair/eyes, medium build/height, average non-descript looks. Their attire seems to be white shirts black pants. These men do not wear glasses of any kind nor jewelry, nor do they seem to have any distinct markings on or about them.

I have never seen these vans stop anywhere, and I have not seen where they come from nor where they seem to go. I have tried to follow them but I usually get cut off somehow or I end up getting lost and have to turn back. This has become quite a little road game for me, trying to spot one checking to see if it matches all the criteria. Then I see if I can follow it for awhile, one thing odd is that these drivers never seem to care if someone is following them and they don't try to elude or evade. Only on two occasions has someone else been with me and witnessed this occurrence, they also found these vans to be ODD!!
