For further contemplation: why does God want us to know what his throne looks like?
Note: Pay attention to what the angels say, WHO says it, where they come from, and what that place represents.
To help you understand why the descriptions of the throne are different, understand they are describing different perspectives [from above, below and looking straight on] and different angels: cherubim, seraphim, the 4 creatures, etc.
