Permission Deck
This deck is based on the dictatorship that is you. Extinguish, Boomerang, Spell Blast, Time Ebb, Exclude, Powersink and Remove Soul stop everyone in their track. If the deck you are playing against is rammed full of CoP's, just powersink all their mana and rush. Though there are just plain islands and I do complain about tsunami, with all the counters in your deck it will not be a problem. Here's the deck:
