tOUr 2OO2 eXPERIENCEs

I would like to hear about your experiences of Bowies latest tour in 2002, Heathen Tour. I bet most of you have at least seen 1 show!! So if you want to you can send an e-mail to 'jasminsane@hotmail.com' and I will put it onthis Page.

Last summer(july) I went to my very first David Bowie gig ever. Of course to me it was a GREAT and UNBELIEVABLE experience(it's always like that , isn't it?).

"You've been standing and sitting and hanging in front line in front of the stage, where at 12 o'clock David Bowie will perform, all day long (it is a festival). Jamiroquai has left the stage and everybody is getting nervous* (*this is f*cking BELGIUM , we ain't used to such big and important stars!!) People are pushing as hard as they can to get in the front and bodyguards ask you wether you can bare it. Of course you can! You see a very thin ziggy lookalike being caried away. People are starting to yell. They don't stop until Mr Bowie is being anounced. You're heart is bouncing (because you are a girrrrrrly) People are yelling even harder now and SuDdEnLy you hear the wonderful tunes of Live On Mars and THEN you hear his voice__________you are very quiet and then the moment he walks on the stage________it's unbelievable. You can see his eyes very clearely ,...jes he is very beautiful. And tears come (I was tired and very happy , you see hèhè)."

It was perfect.

Then unexpectedly in september I went to another gig in Paris, which was very very good.(and much more relaxed)

Still I'm very sad that I wasn't there in the early days. So for those more lucky ones: your experiences about earlier shows are more than welcome!!!

he just KNOWS how completely crazy he is making the person whom this little lucky bear is from

*drool*

right after his gig in Ostend , ...if it wasn't for his bodyguards i'd be there with him!

I just saw on ebay somebody is selling frontline tickets for a bowiegig (Reality World Tour)for about 700 euro. The description says:"How many of the millions of people that saw bowie live, can say: I was on the front line ? "

And I thought to myself: I CAN !!!! *sigh* lucky me
