The Power Site Award is an award for site coolness. It does not refer to White Power, Black Power, Satan Power, Blood Power or Nuclear Power. It refers to Coolness Power. I rate your site on how cool I think it is. I admit, I may have a bias towards red, black, space age stuff, but I'll try to be fair. These are what I'll be looking for:
- Good Graphics
- Good Layout
- Fair Amount of Content
- Not Crashing My Computer
- No Unjustified Racist Views (I know 'unjustified' makes me sound bad, but if they give clear reasoning and have a good site... well...)
- Not Be Dominated By Links To Other Sites
- Be Easy To Navigate
- Frames Might Help (not paramount)
