Personality:Windpaw is a willing and eager worker. Although he’s never stayed around long enough to gain rank, there is a confidence to him that simply doesn’t make him a subordinate. Some would say he doesn’t have a bad side, they’re somewhat wrong. He expects a lot from himself and doesn’t understand wolves that don’t feel the same way. The Jitsuko are a complete puzzlement to him. Flying is life for him, he doesn’t understand why they don’t feel the same.
History:
As a pup, he was given the call name of Stripe, for no good reason that he could see. Stripe’s early goal in life was to do SOMETHING that would earn him a name he could be proud of. He set out do be helpful and strive hard in everything. That goal became a way of life for him, and an irritation to his siblings that grew fed up with their ‘do–gooder’ brother.
Eventually he was given the name of Windpaw, since someone remarked that he was always the first to lend a ‘paw.’ Corny really but Windpaw found it acceptable. Finishing his childhood years, he switched packs a few times, trying to find the right place for him. Most of the packs would have been happy to keep him but something always bothered Windpaw in them. There was a restlessness in him, a need to fly a little farther and search a little more.
