Vermilion City
After Cerulean City and after battleing Misty go to Bill who when you turn him back into human will give you tickets to S.S. Annethen you can go to Route 5 And drop your pokemon off at the daycare and for how long you walk (each step) it will go up a experience point but it cost more when it goes up in level, you cant go to saffron city yet so go to route 6 then to Vermilion City get on S.S.Anne get cut and battle everyone now battle surge. Come back to Town Map in A week or more for the rest!
