Apparently the complaints have worked, since GeoCities reports that the

no longer exists.
This, of course, does not mean that she has stopped breeding. I recommend
that you contact the Cat Fanciers Association at cfa@cfainc.org. They have
very high standards and may be able to have her license pulled.
All wild horses fall under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Land
Management. Their regional office for her area may be reached at
