Robert and I met on Eskielovers. Eskielovers is a group on yahoogroups.com that is for those who love American Eskimo Dogs. I joined the group in 1999 shortly after I adopted Lily. Robert joined in 2001 after he adopted his first Eskie, Scarlett. His second Eskie was Whoo-Feets. Of course, this was a virtual meeting. We didn't meet in person until we went to rescue Jake, the one-eyed racing Eskie in January 2005.

These were Robert's first two American Eskimo Dogs. Let's just skip a bit and say that Robert ended up at his mom's house in Virginia with no Eskies.
