"THE BLUE DREAM" by Moon

Miki talks on the phone with Ryu.

Miki: Yeah, I don't know what we're going to do about Makoto.. Yep, he's basically useless... Well, I'm going to go to sleep. G'night Ryu.

Miki hangs up the phone and turns off the light in his room.

DreamDack: Rainbow Blue is such a fool... and he protects an ugly color too! I know.. I will destroy him through his dreams!! Heh heh, Blue will be no more!!

DreamDack jumps into a deep hole entering Miki's Dream. Miki stands at the end of a road.

Miki: Ah! What was that? Must be a monster. I'll take care of it! Blue Rainbow Beam!

Miki hits the button on his watch. Nothing happens.

Miki: Huh? What's going on?

DreamDack stomps the ground and a big hole appears. Miki falls in, screaming.

Miki wake up from his dreams.

Miki: Ah!! What was that about? I don't like this...

A few days later, Miki walks down the sidewalk to school. Ami approaches him.

Ami: Hey Miki!!

Miki: Oh, hi Ami.

Ami: What's up? Is something wrong?

Miki: Nothing really, I just had a bad dream last night.

Ami: Really? What happened in it?

Miki: Well, at first I see a monster, then I can't transform, and then I fall into a deep dark hole... It's not very nice.. I've been having it every night for a while now.

Ami: Ah! That sounds bad.. Every night?!

Miki: Yep.

Makoto walks up to them.

Makoto: Oh, it's you two.

Ami: Hi Makoto.

Miki: Oh, hey Mako.

Makoto: Have you seen Akito? He owes me money again.

Ami: I've been baby-sitting him a lot..

Miki: Hey, Makoto, what's with the money thing?

Makoto: What?! He does, he owes me money!

Miki sighs.

Makoto: he does!

Akito jumps down from a tree, knocking Miki to the ground.

Miki: Geez, Akito!! What are you doing here?

Akito: Nothing, Ryu says you're late.

Miki: Oh yeah! That's right, I promised I'd meet Ryu before school!

Miki runs ahead.

Ami: What kind of trick are you up to this time, Akito??

Akito: No trick, really! Ryu has something he wanted me to tell you.

Ami: Really?? What?

Akito: Well, Miki's been so crazy over these stupid dreams lately, he forgot about what's going to happen tomorrow.

Ami: What? What's tomorrow?

Akito: Tomorrow is Miki's birthday!

Ami: Ah!! I forgot, I have to do something!!

Akito: Yeah.

Ami: What do I do???

Akito: I don't know.

Ami: I wasn't asking you, Akito!

Back at Miki's house it's night and Miki is about to go to sleep.

Miki: I hope I don't have that dream again..

The phone rings and Miki picks it up.

Miki: Hello?

Makoto: Hey, what's up?

Miki: Makoto? I don't want any phone jokes, I was just about to go to bed.

Makoto: Geez, sorry. I just have a message from Ami.

Miki: Ami?? What is it from Ami??

Makoto: She wants to know if you'll stop by her house tomorrow.

Miki: Yeah!! I was going to go there tomorrow anyway.

Makoto: Oh, cool. Well, I'd better be going now.

Miki: Have fun with prank calls.

Makoto: HEY, I do not-

Miki hangs up the phone and sleeps.

DreamDack: I have him now...

Miki is in his dream, he walks down a dirt road.

Miki: Ah! The monster! Blue Rainbow Beam!

Miki becomes Rainbow Blue. A deep dark hole appears and he trips and falls into it.

Miki: AHH!!! No, not again!!

The next day, Miki drags his feet walking back from school. Ami sees him.

Ami: Yo, Miki!! What's up? You don't look so good.

Miki: I'm fine, I need to do something, I'll talk to you later..

Ami: Okay, bye Miki.

Miki walks away. Something jumps out in front of him.

Miki: Huh? What is this? I think I've seen in before.

DreamDack: You have... I'm the one that's been giving you all those dreams! HAHAHA!!

Miki: What?! You jerk! I'll get you for that!

DreamDack: Really? I don't think you're feeling too well because I almost destroyed you, and I will here!

Miki: Whatever, jerk. Blue Rainbow Beam!

Miki becomes Rainbow Blue, then falls down.

DreamDack: Hahaha! Told you!

Miki: Damn!!

At Ami's house, everyone is waiting for Miki.

Ryu: Where's Miki? Makoto, you didn't call him yesterday, did you?!

Makoto: I did! He made fun of me too, but he said he'd be here.

Ami: He told me he had to go do something.

Akito: He's just being an asshole, him and his stupid dreams every night.

Makoto: Yeah.

Starie comes down to the a window. Everyone runs up to it and Ami opens it.

Ryu: What's up Starie?! Do we get to fight again?!

Starie: Would you please turn into Rainbow Rangers now!

Makoto: Why?

Statie: Miki's in trouble! DreamDack is about to defeat him!

Ami: Ahh!! Look at Makoto's shirt!

Makoto's blue shirt fades into gray.

Makoto: Ahh!! I spent good money on this!

Akito: Shut up jerk, we have to go help Miki!! Blue is going away, that means he's in big trouble!

Ryu: Yeah! Red Rainbow Beam!

Akito: Green Rainbow Beam!

Ryu and Akito becomes Rainbow Red and Rainbow Green. Ami presses the button on Makoto's transformer.

Ami: Yellow Rainbow Beam!

Makoto becomes Rainbow Yellow.

Makoto: Ah, geez..

Ami: Purple Rainbow Beam!

Ami becomes Rainbow Purple.

Ryu: Come on, let's go!

Rainbow Blue is fighting DreamDack.

Miki: Why are you doing this?!

DreamDack: Because blue is an ugly color and I want it gone!

Miki: What?! Like you can talk about ugly, stupid dack!

DreamDack: All colors are ugly, I want to destroy them all, but I'll take blue first.

Miki: No way! Blue Echo Cannon!

Rainbow Blue gets his weapon and fires it at DreamDack, but nothing happens to DreamDack.

Miki: No!!

Miki falls down. The other Rainbow Rangers run up to the battle.

Ryu: Miki! Are you alright?

Miki: Yeah, boy am I glad you guys are here.

Ami: How dare you attack the Rainbow Rangers!! I'll take care of you! Purple Claw Sword!

Rainbow Purple gets her weapon and hits DreamDack.

DreamDack: Ahhh! That hurt!

Ami: Good!

Ryu: There's more where that came from!

Akito: You attack one of us Rainbow Rangers, and the rest of them come and beat you up!

Makoto: This is really...

Ryu: Right! Red Rainbow Ranger!! Ryu.

Akito: Green Rainbow Ranger!! Akito.

Ami: Purple Rainbow Ranger!! Ami.

Miki: Blue Rainbow Ranger!! Miki.

Makoto: And me, Yellow too, but I am against this whole stupid fight.

Rangers: Rainbow Rangers!!

Rainbow Purple and Rainbow Blue go up to DreamDack at the same time and punch him.

Akito: My turn! Green Tree Branch!

Rainbow Green gets his weapons and swings it. A bunch of leaves fly and hit DreamDack.

DreamDack: Oww!!

Makoto: Yellow Tweet Gun!

Rainbow Yellow gets his weapon and turns it on. A high pitched sound comes from it and everyone holds their ears.

Everyone: STOP!!

Makoto: Heh heh, I've got you all now. I'll just be leaving..

Rainbow Red punches Rainbow Yellow, who falls down on the ground.

Makoto: Ow..

Ryu: Now let's get our weapons together! Red Power Sword!

Rainbow Red gets his weapon. Rainbow Blue holds up his weapon and the rest of the rangers put their weapons together on it.

Miki: Let's get rid of this guy now! Blue Rainbow Power!!

Ryu: Red Rainbow Power!!

Ami: Purple Rainbow Power!!

Akito: Green Rainbow Power!!

Makoto: Yellow Rainbow Power!!

Rangers: Super Rainbow Beam!!

DreamDack: AHH! NO!!

DreamDack is hit with the super rainbow beam and blows up.

Miki: Yay! We got him! No more weird dreams for me!! Uh oh, I forgot, I had to go do something.. See you guys later!

Later Miki walks up to Ami's house and rings the doorbell.

Miki: Hey, Ami! It's me, Miki!

Ami: Hey Miki, come in.

Miki: Okay.

Miki opens the door and all the other rangers jump up.

Everyone: Happy birthday Miki!

Miki: My birthday?? Oh yeah, that is today, I can't believe I forgot all about it!! Thanks for remembering me guys!

Makoto: No problem. YAHOO A PARTY!!

Makoto jumps around happily, then falls down.

Ryu: Hey calm down Makoto..

Akito: You're a loser, Makoto!!

Makoto: Hey...

Miki smiles and everyone laughs.
