EPS. 14:

"THE GREEN TREE" by Z

All of the Rainbow Rangers are hanging out at the park, untransformed.

Ami: I love the Purple Leopard Robot! It's so awesome!

Ryu: Red Robin is cool too, I can fly around to anywhere.

Miki: How about Blue Dolphin? Jumping up and swimming... And all this cool stuff.

Ami: All of the robots are cool.

Makoto: Hey, you know, we all have robots but Akito.

Ami: Well... I'm sure Akito will get his soon.

Akito: Yeah.

Makoto: Na, Akito won't get a robot. He's too little. Only big rangers get big robots.

Akito: MAKOTO! I'M GOING TO GET A ROBOT!

Akito jumps on Makoto and starts punching him.

Makoto: Ahh! Help!

TreeDack looks down from a tree, spying on the rangers.

TreeDack: Hm...

Later, after school the next day, Akito is hanging out with his first grader friends.

First Grader 1: Akito! Those giant robots are cool. When are you going to get one?

Akito: Uh...

First Grader 2: Yeah! When do we get to see the green robot?

Akito: Well...

Starie flies down.

Starie: Akito! It's time to go find your robot.

Akito: Now! Now I'm going to go find my robot!

First Graders: Yay!

Akito flies off with Starie.

Akito: So, what kind of robot is it? How do I get it?

Starie: You have to pass one test, then you'll find out.

Akito: Only one? Ha, Ryu and Makoto had three, and Ami and Miki had two. This should be easy.

Starie: But this is the hardest test of all.

Akito: Huh? Why?

Starie: It's to see if you can do something by yourself.

Akito: Hey! I can!

Starie: We'll see.

Akito: Yeah, you just watch!

Starie drops Akito in front of a big green rock. Akito looks up and sees a huge bright green tree coming out of it.

Akito: Wow...

Starie: Okay, see you later Akito.

Akito: Wait, what do I do?

Starie: Pass the test! Finish this by yourself.

Starie flies away.

Akito: Ha. You bet I can find it by myself. Green Rainbow Beam!

Akito transforms into the Green Rainbow Ranger.

Akito: It's cool to be in costume. Now, where can I find it? I know! If I climb to the top of that tree, I'll be able to see everywhere. Then I'll find my giant robot.

Akito climbs up the green rock, then starts climbing up the tree. TreeDack comes and sees him.

TreeDack: Heeheehee...

TreeDack jumps and starts climbing up after Akito.

Ami is looking around frantically.

Ami: AHHH!!!

Ryu, Miki, and Makoto all at once see Ami.

Miki: Ami! What's wrong?

Ami: I can't find Akito!! He was supposed to meet me so I could take him home!

Ryu: Geez, that kid.

Starie comes down.

Starie: Don't worry, I just took him to get his robot.

Ami: Ah... Good. I was worried.

Makoto: Oh man, now I can't tease him any more.

Ami: Makoto, why are you so mean to Akito?

Makoto: What about all of you?? You're so mean to me!!

Miki: Yeah, whatever Mako. So Starie, should we go help him?

Starie: No, this is one thing he has to do by himself.

Ryu: By himself? Akito can't do anything by himself!

Makoto: Sounds good to me.

Ami: Makoto! Starie, are you sure he doesn't need our help?

Starie: Yes.

Ami: Eee.. I hope he's okay.

Rainbow Green is climbing up the tree.

Akito: Oh man, this is tougher than I thought. Maybe I should go down now.

Rainbow Green looks down at the huge drop.

Akito: Ahh!!! Never mind!

Rainbow Green quickly climbs up and is at the top of the tree. He looks around, seeing he's very high up.

Akito: Oh man, I don't see anything that could be my robot anywhere! This sucks.

Leaves rustle around Rainbow Green.

Akito: Ahh! What's that? I know. The wind! That's all. The wind

TreeDack jumps out.

TreeDack: Ha ha!

Akito: AHHH!! A dack! Geez!! I should have know a stupid dack would show up.

TreeDack: Hello Rainbow Green. I'm TreeDack.

Akito: Stuck in a tree with a dack... LA LA LA LA!!

TreeDack: What are you doing?

Akito: Singing about being stuck in a tree with a dack, DUH!

TreeDack: Guess what?

Akito: You don't like the color pink?

TreeDack: Nope, I don't like the color green.

Akito: Figures!! Dumb dack!! Green rules!

TreeDack: I'm going to get rid of green.

Akito: Starting with me?! No way!

TreeDack: No, starting with this tree.

TreeDack touches a branch, and then all the green leaves turn gray.

Akito: You jerk! Keep away from that!

Rainbow Green tries to punch TreeDack, but misses because he's too far away.

Akito: Stupid dack!!

TreeDack takes the color from another branch.

TreeDack: La la la.

Akito: Ass! Wait until I get you! Green Tree Branch!

Rainbow Green gets his weapon and shoots a stream of leaves at TreeDack.

TreeDack: Ow! Owies! Hurt me!

Akito: Heh heh heh. Good.

TreeDack: Bad Rainbow Green! You will be punished.

Akito: Na na! I'll get you again.

TreeDack jumps up and then knocks Rainbow Green off the top of the tree.

TreeDack: La la la.

Rainbow Green is falling fast.

Akito: AHHH!! Wait, I can do this!

Rainbow Green quickly grabs onto one of the branches, then points his weapon up and hits TreeDack, all the way at the top of the tree.

Akito: Ha!

TreeDack comes down, and then knocks Rainbow Green off the tree again.

TreeDack: Ha ha ha ha ha.

Suddenly a big leaf comes and catches Rainbow Green and TreeDack.

Akito: Wow, nice save! What is this anyway?

TreeDack: Oh, it's Rainbow Green's robot. I'll take the color-

Rainbow Green punches TreeDack in the face, and TreeDack is knocked off the leaf and starts to fall.

Akito: So this is my giant robot? Wait.... IT'S A GIANT LEAF!!! AHHH!!!

The leaf flies around.

Akito: Wa... The rest of the rangers got cool animals, and I just get a leaf.

The Green Leaf Robot flies to the top of the tree and restores the color of the leafs.

Akito: Wow, thanks green leaf. Now let's go get that stupid dack! If it isn't dead yet, that is.

Rainbow Green flies off on his Green Leaf Robot.

Meanwhile, back with the other Rainbow Rangers, TreeDack falls down near them.

Makoto: DACK!!!

Miki: Hey, it's raining dacks!

Ryu: We don't see this everyday..

Ami: What are you guys waiting for?

Ryu: Oh yeah. Red Rainbow Beam!

Miki: Blue Rainbow Beam!

Ami: Purple Rainbow Beam!

Makoto: Y-Yellow Rainbow Beam.

Rangers: Rainbow Rangers!

Makoto: Hey, I thought Akito was supposed to do this by himself.

Ami: Well Akito isn't here right now.

Akito: I'm here!

Rainbow Green flies in on his Green Leaf Robot.

Makoto: Yay! Go get him! Hey, a leaf?

Miki: Yes! Now all the team has their robots.

Akito: Take this!

Rainbow Green shoots leaves at TreeDack with his Green Tree Branch.

TreeDack: Hey Rainbow Green, let's see you get me when I GROW!

TreeDack grows into a giant dack.

Akito: Okay. Let's go, Green Leaf Robot!

The Green Leaf Robot spins around TreeDack, then makes him disappear in a flash of green light, then there is an explosion.

Akito: YES!!! I did it!

All the rangers meet on the ground.

Ami: Hey Akito, that was great!

Miki: Yeah.

Akito: You bet. Don't you guys think so?

Rainbow Green looks toward Rainbow Red and Rainbow Yellow.

Ryu: Uh... It's cool.

Makoto: Yeah, except for one thing. It's a big leaf!

Akito: Makoto!! Don't dis my leaf!

Rainbow Green starts chasing after Rainbow Yellow, swings his Tree Branch. The other rangers laugh.
