Ryu sits in his room, talking to Miki on the phone.
Ryu: Yeah, Makoto is really something. One minute he says "I'll help", and the next he runs away.
Miki: Yeah, that's Makoto... Why does he do that anyway?
Ryu: I don't know...
Miki: Well anyway, it's about time for us to go and pick up AMI! Oh yeah, Akito too.
Ryu: Okay, see you there.
Miki: Bye.

In the park, Ryu and Miki meet up with Ami and Akito.
Ami: Hey guys!
Akito: What are you doing?
Ryu: Nothing....
This light comes down from the sky, and Starie appears.
Starie: Hello Rainbow Rangers! Time for me to tell you about some new powers!
Ryu: Really??
Makoto walks up reading a comic book.
Makoto: AHH!! Bad things..
Akito: Makoto, get over here!
Makoto: Geez, not you guys again. What is it now?
Ryu: You need to know about this! We're getting new powers.
Makoto: (sarcastic) Great...
Ami: Okay, go on Starie.
Starie: First of all, you need this power because the dacks are getting new power.
Makoto: Bleh... Stupid dacks.
Starie: They are getting the power to grow!
Ami: What do you mean grow?
Ryu: Really...
Makoto: As in big?
Akito: You're dumb Mako!
Makoto: Akito......
Starie: Yep! Grow really big! So I'm going to show you how to get this huge robot powers! And Ryu gets his first.
Ryu: Alright! Let's go!
Starie: Okay. Be back later guys!
Ami: Okay! Bye Ryu and Starie!
A light flashed, then Starie and Ryu disappear. Makoto jumps up and down.
Makoto: Yay!!! He's gone!
Akito: Heh heh...
Miki: Shut up Makoto!

Dack-P watches the rangers, hidden.
Dack-P: Hahahaha, stupid Starie telling the rangers about the growing thing. Oh well, I'll just have to attack these four.

Starie drops Ryu on a beach somewhere, with no other people around.
Starie: We're here!
Ryu: Cool, now how do I get the power?
Starie: You must look for a red rock.
Ryu: Red rock?
Starie: Yeah, and you must also pass two tests.
Ryu: Oh man, I hate tests!
Starie: Your tests mean you must fight for your robot!
Ryu: Alright!
Starie: Hurry, start!
Ryu: Right!
Ryu starts looking around the beach. Starie flies away.
Ryu: Now where's the red rock??

Back at the park, Ami, Miki, Akito, and Makoto hang out.
Ami: I wonder how Ryu is doing?
Miki: Hey, knowing Ryu... I bet he's fine.
Makoto: I bet he died.
Miki hits Makoto upside the head.
Makoto: Owww...
Miki: Hope you're happy...
Makoto: (whines) I'm noooot...
Dack-P jumps down from the tree and blasts the rangers.
All: AHHH!!!
Miki: We have to take care of this.
Makoto: I have to go home, I forgot to make my bed-
Miki: Oh no you don't!
Miki grabs Makoto and hits the button on his transformer.
Miki: Yellow Rainbow Beam!
Makoto transforms into Rainbow Yellow.
Makoto: (whines) Heeeyyy..
Akito: Green Rainbow Beam!
Ami: Purple Rainbow Beam!
Miki: Blue Rainbow Beam!
Akito, Ami, and Miki transform into the Green, Purple, and Blue Rainbow Rangers.
Dack-P: Hehheh, now you are mine! I'll destroy you and your colors!
Akito: Oh yeah?
Miki: Just come and try it.
Dack-P: Heh heh, fine.
Ami: Come on guys, let's get the weapons! Purple Claw Sword!
Miki: Blue Echo Cannon!
Akito: Green Tree Branch!
Rainbow Purple, Blue, and Green get their weapons.
Dack-P: Oh, WOW, weapons. P wave!
Dack-P makes a P-wave that hits all the rangers, except for Rainbow Purple, who jumps up and hits Dack-P with her Claw Sword.
Miki: Okay, I'm ticked. Blue Echo Cannon, fire!
Rainbow Blue shoots at Dack-P, and hits him.
Miki: Alright!
Makoto: Man... I wanna go home.
Akito: Shut up and get your weapon already!
Makoto: Fine, fine, whatever. Yellow Tweet Gun.....
Rainbow Yellow gets his weapon.
Dack-P: Haha, you've got to do better than that!
Akito: Okay, now Makoto, I've got a plan.
Makoto: Okay, anything to get this over with, just try it.
Akito: You shoot your tweet gun, and I'll use my weapon.
Makoto: Sure, if you say so.
Rainbow Yellow shoots the tweet gun. A high pitched sound come out of it and Dack-P, Rainbow Purple, and Rainbow Blue cover their ears and scream. Rainbow Green swings his weapon at Dack-P, leaves fly out and hit Dack-P.
Dack-P: AHH!! YOU GOT ME!
Miki: Wow.
Ami: Akito, Makoto, you did it!
Makoto: I guess so.
Akito: YES!
Rainbow Purple walks over to see if they destroyed Dack-P. Dack-P jumps up and hits her.
Miki: AMI!!!
Akito: Damnit!
Makoto: Oh man, it just goes on and on...
Rainbow Blue runs up and hits Dack-P, who falls down.
Ami: Yay! Go Miki!
Miki: Are you okay, Ami?
Ami: Yep!
Dack-P: HAHAHAHAHA! You won't get rid of me that easily!
Dack-P starts to grow bigger.
Makoto: AHHH!!! NO!!! STOP!!

Back at the beach, Ryu still looks around. He sees the red rock.
Ryu: Alright, I found the rock!
Voice: But you won't get the power!
Ryu: What? Who is this?!
Voice: You'll never know, Rainbow Red!
Ryu: This must be what I have to fight. Red Rainbow Beam!
Ryu transforms into Rainbow Red.
Ryu: Red Power Sword!
Voice: Red Lightning!
Rainbow Red gets his weapon, then is hit with Red lightning.
Ryu: Ow!
Rainbow Red sees a figure in a dark red cape standing at the top of the red rock. He jumps and hits it with the sword.
Voice: Ow.
Ryu: Oops, sorry.
Voice: Red beam fire!
Rainbow Red dodges the beam fired at him, then jumps at hits the figure again, who falls down and disappears.
Voice: You have passed, now you can take the power.
Ryu: Alright, thanks!
Starie flies down.
Starie: Hey Ryu! Hurry up and get the power, your friends need your help!
Ryu: Okay, but how?
Starie: Call for your color.
Ryu: Got it. Red Rainbow Beam!
Rainbow Red raises his hand and shoots a red rainbow beam at the rock. It breaks open and a large robot shaped like a robin comes out.
Ryu: Wow!! So this is my power, Red Robin!
Rainbow Red jumps on Red Robin, and they fly away.

Meanwhile, the other Rainbow Rangers look at Dack-P who just grew.
Ami: Eee...
Miki: What are we going to do now?
Makoto: I hate this!!
Akito: Hey! Look! It's Ryu, and he's riding on something!
Ami: A Red Robin! Wow!
Ryu: Hey guys, look at this!
Dack-P: A robot... P wave!
Ryu: Red Robin wind!
A gust of wind comes up and makes Dack-P's P wave fire back at him.
Dack-P: AHHH!!
Ryu: Yes! Great! Now, Red Robin FIRE!
Red Robin shoots a fire at Dack-P, and Dack-P blows up.
Miki: Alright, Ryu!! You did it!
Makoto: Ahhh....
Rainbow Yellow falls down.
Akito: Cool robot!
Rainbow Red jumps down, and Red Robin flies off.
Ryu: Thanks.
Ami: Ryu! Are you okay now?
Ryu: Yep.
Akito: Um, guys... Is Makoto dead?
Ami: Uhhh...
Miki: Mako, get up!
Ryu: MAKOTO!
Rainbow Yellow sits up.
Makoto: Red red robin...
Ryu: Huh?
Makoto: You know, the song, "Red Red Robin"?
Ryu: Why you-
Rainbow Red smacks Rainbow Yellow.
Makoto: Ow! What?
The other rangers laugh.
