Ami: Because I said so, you're making a mess!

The Phone Rings. Ami runs and picks it up.

Ami: Hello?

Miki: Hey Ami!

Akito knocks the phone over.

Ami: Akito! You brat!

Miki: Is he bothering you again? I'll get him.

Ami laughs.

Ami: That's okay, I can handle him. Oh, there's a beep on the phone. Can you hang on?

Miki: Sure.

Ami clicks the phone.

Ami: Hello?

Makoto: Hello, is Ken there?

Ami: Who??

Makoto: Ken! Let me talk to him now!

Ami: There isn't any Ken here.

Makoto: Now!! I want to talk to him!

Ami: Whatever.

Ami clicks the phone.

Ami: Sorry Miki, it was some nut.

Miki: Me and Ryu will come over and protect you from him.

Ami: Really??

Miki: Sure. Be right there. See ya.

Ami hangs up the phone. It rings.

Akito: Wait until I tell my mom about all your phone calls.

Ami: Akito, be quiet!

Ami picks up the phone.

Ami: Hello?

Makoto: Where is Ken?

Ami: THERE IS NO KEN!

Makoto: That's wrong! There has to be! Why aren't you letting me talk to him??

Ami: There-

Ami: Get a life!

Ami hangs up the phone. It rings again.

Ami: Yes?

Makoto: I will have my revenge!

Ami: Huh??

Makoto: Coming to get you. Bye.

Makoto hangs up on the other line.

Ami: Oh no! Akito, you always seem to attract trouble!! Good thing Ryu and Miki are coming over...

Akito: Who is coming over?

Ami: Ryu and Miki. You don't know them. But I love Ryu....

Akito: Oh great! I hope the nut gets you.

Ami: How did you know about that??

The doorbell rings. Ami opens the door, Ryu and Miki are there.

Ryu: Hey.

Akito: Ew, Ami, those are your boyfriends? They're ugly.

Akito makes a gagging sound. Miki rolls his eyes.

Ami: I'm sooo glad you guys are here! This idiot was freaking me out on the phone!

Akito: What's that sound?

Ami: Huh?

Makoto rolls in through the window. Ami screams.

Ami: Who is that??

Makoto: I told you I'd have my revenge.

Ami screams again. Ryu and Miki walk in and grab Makoto roughly.

Makoto: Hey, you didn't say anything about these guys!

Akito: I didn't know she'd invite her stupid friends over.

Ami: AKITO! I hate you!! I'm not paid enough for this!

Makoto: So, where's Ken?

Miki: Hey Ami, what should we do with this jerk?

Ami: I don't care.

Ryu: Why do you go around picking on girls? I say we beat him up.

Makoto: I am against violence. You BRUTE! I look for peaceful solutions. Look at that Rainbow outside. Do you know what it symbolizes?

Ryu: YES.

Makoto: No, not that! I mean peacefulness.

Akito: Wow, look, there is a rainbow!

Ami: It's pretty!

Everyone looks over at the rainbow. Suddenly it is sucked down.

Ami: What's going on?!

All five go outside, Miki and Ryu still carrying Makoto.

Akito: Evil. Some evil is taking away our colors! We have to stop them!

Ami: Really? I think we should.

Makoto: Yeah. Can I go now? Hey Aki, where's my money?

Miki: The Rainbow...

Ryu: That was weird. Something is wrong. There has to be something we can do to stop this!

Suddenly, a bright flash of white light is seen. A smiling white star comes down from the sky.

Starie: So, all of you want to help? All five?

Ryu: Yes.

Akito: Ah! What is that??

Makoto: Who are these people?!

Ami: We need to get back the rainbow! Who sucked it up like that?

Miki: Ami, you know what's going on?

Ami nods and smiles.

Ami: This person -- star is going to get our rainbow back!

Starie: Nope. You five are!

Ami/Akito/Ryu/Miki: Huh?

Makoto: Wha?

Starie: Each of you is in charge of saving one color. But you have to work together to save the rainbow. Remember that, rainbow rangers!

Starie flashes and disappears. Transformers are on the five people's wrists. They look at them. Ryu has Red, Miki blue, Akito green, Makoto yellow, and Ami purple.

Makoto: What is this? Have I gone crazy?! Akito, you're always attracting trouble!

Akito: Shut up Makoto! I am green.

Makoto: I don't care! I'm out of here.

Miki: Fine, go, you've been nothing but trouble anyway.

Makoto: Yeah! I'll see you guys, never! Why would anyone care if the colors went away anyway? People went just fine with black and white TV years ago.

Miki sticks out his tongue. Akito throws a rock at him.

Ami: Wait! Stop! We need to work together to save the rainbow!

Miki: In that case, Ryu, help me capture him.

Makoto: Huh??

Makoto runs away, Ryu and Miki run after him.

Akito: They're all stupid anyway. I can save the rainbow without them.

Ami: No, not really..

Akito: Green rainbow beam!

Akito presses the rainbow button on his transformer and becomes the green rainbow ranger.

Ami: Wow!! I have to try that! Purple rainbow beam!

Ami presses the button on her transformer and becomes the Purple Rainbow Ranger.

Ami: Wow! Now we can save the rainbow!

Akito: Save it from what, idiot, we don't know what's wrong.

Starie comes down from the sky again.

Starie: Hey! There is a big duck monster sucking up the rainbow! So go and get it!

Akito: Okay!

The Green and Purple rainbow rangers run off in the direction of where the rainbow was.

Duckie, the duck monster, is sucking up the colors of the flowers. They turn gray and wilt. The Green and Purple Rainbow Rangers run up to it.

Ami: Ah! It's sucking up the colors!

Akito: It got the grass! Damn you!

The Green Rainbow Ranger tries to punch Duckie, but Duckie blows a wind and the green ranger flies into a tree.

Akito: Ow!!

Duckie sucks the color from the leaves above the Green Rainbow Ranger's head.

Akito: Hey! You asshole!

The Purple Rainbow Ranger kicks at Duckie, but Duckie knocks her down.

Ami: Ah! Someone help!

Ryu and Miki chase Makoto into a park. Makoto trips over a rock and falls down.

Makoto: Ow!! You jerks made me fall!

Ryu and Miki pick Makoto up by his shirt.

Miki: You have to help save the rainbow!

Makoto: Why???

Ryu: You just do!

Ryu kicks Makoto.

Makoto: Ow!!! Listen to me, violence is not the answer, you jerk-off!

Ami: (from the transformer) Ah! Someone help!

Miki: Oh no, that's Ami! We don't have time for this.

Miki presses the rainbow button on Makoto's transformer.

Miki: Yellow Rainbow Beam!

Makoto: Hey!

Makoto becomes the Yellow Rainbow Ranger.

Miki: Blue Rainbow Beam!

Ryu: Red Rainbow Beam!

Miki and Ryu become the Blue and Red Rainbow Rangers. The Yellow looks at the gun at his side.

Makoto: AH! How many times do I have to say it?! Violence is not the answer!

Makoto tears off the gun, throws it on the ground, and stomps on it.

Miki: Come on, let's go save Ami!

Ryu: Right!

Rainbow Purple quickly dodges the attacks of Duckie as Rainbow Green sits against a tree.

Ami: Akito, could you help me a little?!

Akito: No way, I'm already hurt.

Ami: You're talking so you're not hurt enough!

Akito: Ow,ow,ow!!!

Rainbow Red runs up and kicks the monster, and shoves it into a wall.

Ami: Yay! Ryu!!

Rainbow Blue comes, dragging Rainbow Yellow behind him.

Miki: Hey, Ami! We're come to help save the rainbow!

Ami: Yay!!

Makoto: Would you cut this out? Barbarians!

Duckie shoots wind from it's beak, causing all the rangers to be blown against a solid object.

Makoto: AH! I don't want anything to do with this!

Ryu: Shut up, you freak!

Ami: Come on guys, we have to beat them!

Miki: Right!

Rainbow Blue starts to run up to Duckie, but gets blown back again.

Akito: We're losers...

Starie comes down from the sky yet again.

Starie: Do you all need my help again?

Akito: Duh! I guess this proves my theory that stars don't have brains.

Starie: Now now, I'll give you some weapons to help you fight for your color.

Makoto: WEAPONS??

Starie: That's right! Rainbow Red, Ryu.

Ryu: Yeah yeah?????????????????

Starie: You get the Red Power Sword.

Rainbow Red has a sword appear in his hands.

Ryu: Awesome!

Starie: Rainbow Blue, Miki, and Rainbow Purple, Ami. You two get the Blue Echo Cannon and Purple Claw Sword.

Rainbow Blue and Rainbow Purple have their weapons appear in their hands.

Miki: Thanks.

Ami: These are great!

Makoto: SWORDS AND CANNONS???

Akito: Cool! Do I get a gun?

Starie: Rainbow Green, Akito. You get the Green Tree Branch.

A tree branch with a Rainbow on it appears in Rainbow Green's hands.

Akito: Damnit!!!

Starie: Rainbow Yellow, Makoto.

Makoto: QUIT GIVING ME WEAPONS I AM A PEACEFUL PERSON!!!!!!!

Starie: Fine, you get the Yellow Tweet Gun. It makes a loud pitched tweeting sound that will either lure away monsters or lure them out.

The Tweet Gun appears in Rainbow Yellow's hands.

Makoto: Well, it's better than a sword.

Starie: Good luck Rainbow Rangers!!

Starie flies back into the sky.

Ryu: Alright, let's get this loser!

Miki: Yeah!

Rainbow Blue shoots the Echo Cannon at Duckie. Rainbow Red and Rainbow Purple both hit Duckie with their swords.

Akito: I'm not fighting until I get a better weapon!

Ami: Quit being a brat, Akito! We need to save the Rainbow.

Akito: Fine..

Rainbow Green jumps up and hits Duckie numerous times.

Duckie: QUACK!!! QUACK!!! QUACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Makoto: Ah... the violence... Poor duck... Hey, look, the colors are coming back.. The Rainbow is back!!

Ami: Yay!

Ryu: Now all that's left is to get rid of this thing...

Rainbow Red throws his sword at Duckie. Sparks fly before Duckie blows up.

Ryu: Yeah! Hey guys, this is cool!

Makoto: That was unnecessary...

Ryu: Yeah, whatever.

Ami: Yes, we're the Rainbow Rangers, we'll defend the Rainbow whenever it needs to be defended! Right guys?

Miki: Yeah!

Ryu: Sure.

Akito: If I get to kick ass more.

Makoto: ..........

Ami: Yay! It's settled... Rainbow Ranger Power!
