An Experiment in Competency
When in the course of human events one is inclined to
exhibitionistically chronicle his life for his own
amusement and for the pleasure of his wholly devoted
fan base, one may in the course of time set up a webpage and assiduously chronicle his life until boredom prevails and he begins missing class. And when a sufficient number of
classes are missed, there can be no salvation for his grades and he must retreat into long study, to prevent the unpleasant contingency of being
forced back to the world of yokels and manual
labour. And so, for these reasons, the author launches
this Experiment in Competency, for the purpose
of determining whether he is indeed suited to the
collegiate life.
I am now on the cusp of January 30 and January 31, and have decided on a format for the Experiment. Perceptive readers of the journal will note the similarity of the format to the format of the earlier work.
