After the Disney Channel's New Mickey Mouse Club was cancelled, Britney Spears went back to living a normal, non-showbiz life. She attended a private high school in McComb, Miss., not far from her hometown, Kentwood, La. But, as her mom told PEOPLE magazine, "going into the middle of the year, she was antsy." Britney added, "I did the homecoming and prom thing, and I was totally bored." Nevertheless, she seems pretty excited to be at Park Lane Academy's Homecoming dance in this photo.
