"Can I take
your name, please, love?"
Rose looked away
from the Statue of Liberty to answer. "Dawson...Rose Dawson." She was
a changed woman.
"Thank
you."
How could Rose go
on without Jack? It seemed impossible. She had nowhere to go, no money—nothing.
She put her hands in her pockets and felt something cold. She lifted it out and
was shocked. It was the Heart of the Ocean! She remembered Cal putting his coat
on her. Now she had something to remind her of Jack...Jack. Oh, how she missed
him. How would she live without the love of her life?
Then she saw a
blond-haired man in the crowd. She ran over to him, and yelled,
"Jack!"
He turned around.
