May I take this opportunity of
welcoming you to our club website. Woodhouse Park United Junior Football Club
were established in the year 2000 with what was the under 12's, who have now
gone on to become the under 14's. The club is affiliated to the Manchester
County Football Association and currently play their football in the Stockport
Metropolitan Junior Football League. This year the club is expanding with the
launch of 6 new boys teams
(under 8's, 9's, 10's, 11's, 12's and 13's) and 2 new girls teams (under
8's and 9's). The club is proud to be the first club in the Wythenshawe area of
Manchester to offer football to girls. Woodhouse Park United's aim is to provide
the children of Wythenshawe and the surrounding areas with the chance to offer
both boys and girls football at grass roots level.
All managers and coaches appointed by the club are qualified junior coaches with
the Manchester Football Association, first aid qualified and have all been
security checked and screened for the safety of all concerned.
Woodhouse Park United firmly believe that football in the local community is all
about taking part and fairplay in the sport.
