Accident:
Renter/driver is required to get a complete police report, in case of accident. The renter/driver shall return the unit in the same good conditions when it was delivered to him/her. In case of loss or damage of the unit arising of his/her use thereof, he/ she shall be held liable for such loss or damage. In case of accident, cash bond shall be forfeited in favor of the owner/lessor.
Cash bond:
Cash bond is refundable if there is no accident, loss or damage. Credit Cards also accepted as cash bond.
City limits for Self-drive:
The City limits are bounded to the north of Basak, Mandaue and to the South of Tabunok.
Deposits:
renter/driver is required to give a deposit equivalent to the intended number of days usage.
Driver/Renter:
Should not be less than 18 yrs. old or more than 70 yrs. old.
Excess hour:
Excess shall be charged Php 150 per hr. or Php 100 per hr. depending on car rented. After exceeding 8 hrs, daily rate shall be applied.
Gasoline:
Gasoline is for the account of the renter.

Restriction:
The vehicle should not be used:
1. In any race, test driving or competitive event;
2. Outside the Island of Cebu & Mactan withour prior permission;
3. Sub-rent or release the vehicle to another person or corporate.
Theft:
In the event of loss of parts & accessories of the vehicle, while on rental, whether not due or due to negligence, renter/driver shall always pay lessor the amount equivalent to such loss.
* Customer is liable for the loss of any or all of the above and shall replace and/or compensate for the lost item(s).
* Own Damage is non-refundable.
