About half an hour later, a red van pulled into the driveway. My cousins were here! Grandma and Dad came outside. Katie got out first, carrying her dog, Belle.
"Hey Katie! Nice to see you again!"I greeted.
"Hey Rie.... Meghan!"Katie corrected herself.
I just laughed, knowing she thought I was my sister at first. Emily, Sara, and Matthew got out of the van too. Uncle Kevin and Aunt Marcia came out too.
"Hey Mags!"Kevin greeted me.
Kevin always called me Mags, but I never did like that name. I never said anything though. "Hi Kevin."
"Hey Meghan, whats that white cat doing out here?"Emily asked me.
"Uhh... Emily, that's my cat! That's Little Miss Amy!"I told her.
"Oh yeah! I guess I forgot of all those videos of Little you've sent me in e-mail,"Emily said.
"Ahaha! Hey! It's suppose to be me that forgets things, not you!"I said, joking around.
"Whatever!"Emily said.
"Meghan, I like your kitty! She's pretty,"eight year-old Sara told me.
"Yes she is pretty. I love Little!"I told her.
"Why is her name Little anyway?"Marcia asked me.
"I don't know. It was Riece that named her Little Miss Amy. She says she looks like her friend Amy, but I don't think that. I just call her Little,"I answered, shrugging my shoulders.
Right at that moment, someone had instant-messaged me. It was Taylor Hanson. Yeah you heard me! Hanson and I chat every once in a while on AIM, and we have fun. Tay and I do video chat a lot though. Sometimes Zac would video chat, but he usually sticks with the instant message for some reason.
Wanna vid-chat? Tay asked me in IM. Of course I said yes, and he set up a video chat.
"Meghan, what are you doing on that thing?"Emily asked with curiousity.
"Just about to videochat with a friend,"I answered, not taking my eyes off the computer.
"Who?"she asked then.
"A friend! Leave me alone Emily!"I told her.
"Fine!"she said and huffed inside the house. Katie, Sara, and Matthew were playing with Belle in the yard. Marcia, Kevin, Dad, and Grandma had gone inside the house too. Aunt Brenda was here too, and Uncle Clinton and Aunt Chris just arrived too, and were inside.
"Who's Emily?"Tay asked me.
"Oh she's just my weirdo cousin who LOVES to annoy me, especially online!"I told Tay through the webcam.
"Whatever!"Tay said with a weird voice.
Just then, Little had jumped onto my lap, or should I say, onto the keys of the laptop.
"Oh you funny cat! You really like to type don't cha?"I said, talking to Little.
"Umm, ok. You talk to a cat that can't hear you. Hmmm, interesting!"Tay said, being sarcastic.
"Shut up Taylor. Maybe I like talking to my cat!"I exclaimed.
