The story that begins everything. A young Bloomer searches for the Dragonballs(Having already found two.) on the Fruit and Flower Mountain and meets a young and incredibly strong boy with a tail named Son Goku. Upon discovering that he has the four-star Dragonball, she tricks him into coming along on her quest.
Along the way the two encounter Kamesennin the Muten Roshi who gives Bloomer the Dragonball and from whom Goku recieves the Kinto'un(Candy Cloud). Soon enough another person joins their search in the form of the perverted transforming pig Oolong. The three deal with two desert bandits named Yamcha and Puar, a gang calling themselves the "Rabbits", and even encounter the not so terrifying Gyu Mao and his daughter Chi Chi.
The fun ends however when the mighty Emperor Pilaf decides to steal their Dragonballs in an attempt to rule the world. His ambitions stopped at the last minute by Oolong, the angry tyrant attempted to kill our heroes along with Yamcha and Puar. Luckily, it turned out that Son Goku can mysteriously transform into a were-ape, and he soon destroys all of Pilaf's fortress. After stopping Son Goku's transformations by cutting off his tail, the heroes decide to split ways. Yamcha and Bloomer decide that they are right for each other and Goku leaves to begin training with Kamesennin.
