UnbelievableYou look unbelievable,” Jayde smiled at him, still impressed with how well her friend could clean up. Nick laughed at her, “Thanks! I do look pretty snazzy huh?” He wrinkled up his nose in the way that she loved so much. Not that she didn’t love everything about him! He was perfect, at least in her eyes, and that was all that mattered. Except for the fact that he didn’t know she felt that way, he didn’t see the look of pure devotion in her eyes. If only he would! If only he would take a stand and make her his. She giggled at the thought which caused him to look at her funny, “You okay Jay? You’ve been really weird recently.” He put a hand to her forehead in a mock way of checking her temperature, “I don’t think you have a fever but still… it’s either that or your in love.” Jayde’s head shot up, she didn’t expect that one. Where did he get that idea? God he knew her to well. But that was pretty typical, considering they’d known each other their entire lives. “Uh… I’m just… tired?” she tried, figuring that it wouldn’t work. She was right. Nick looked disbelievingly at her. “What is it Jay? Tell me,” Nick pouted, that sexy puppy dog pout that made her just want to bend in and suck on his perturbing lip. And she did just that, she couldn’t believe it. She leaned in, sucking his lower lip into her mouth, licking it over and over with his tongue. He was shocked at first by the motion but then he began to kiss her back, wrapping his arms around her and poking his own tongue into her mouth. Jayde moaned into the kiss, she couldn’t believe this was happening! It was incredible, she’d never expected it, not in her whole life time. She was kissing Nick Carter and he was kissing her BACK! He was all spiffed up in his tux for the Grammies. Oh shit, the Grammies… Jayde pulled back, out of breath. The two locked eyes, both pairs of lips red and swollen from the intense kiss, “Wow…” Nick breathed. “Yeah…” Jayde nodded, not thinking correctly, let alone speaking intelligently. Jayde’s eyes locked to the ground, a blush creeping up her cheeks. “Why did you stop?” Nick asked, his voice timid. Like he was afraid that he might have done something wrong. This made her eyes shoot up, why was he being so timid now? After all the years they’d known each other, did he really think she’d shoot him down? “The Grammies… you’re suppose to be going…” she glanced outside to the hotel door room, having completely forgotten where they were. “Oh right… Kevin’s gonna kick my ass,” he snorted at the thought, not like Kevin had as much control over him as before. Though it was nice to be back with the band for a change. It had been too long. “Have fun,” Jayde said softly, wondering exactly why she had agreed to come with him, just to hang out in the hotel until he came back from all those Grammy parties. He caught her lonely glance and he bent in, catching her lips in a brief but meaningful kiss, “When I come back, we need to talk,” He said, his breath mingling with hers, “And maybe, finish this.” He kissed her once more and smirked, running a hand through his short locks. “Don’t take to long,” she muttered, her eyes closed and butterflies invading her stomach. “I won’t,” He smiled gently, “I think for once I can skip those damn Grammy parties.” And with that he turned and stalked out of their room. Her eyes held a place at the door for moments after he left. God, she couldn’t wait for him to get back. Jayde decided against watching the Grammy’s. Her thoughts raced of how badly she wanted Nick back, that she didn’t think she could stand watching the show. Instead she turned it to ‘Ever After’ that was on TNT. ‘Ever After’ was over and it was halfway through ‘You’ve Got Mail’ when Jayde fell asleep. Not on purpose, but her thoughts of Nick, and his lips, where so demanding that she couldn’t resist the nagging of sleep. Nick walked into the hotel. Smiling at the excuse he used for leaving the Grammy’s early. “I think I’m going to throw up,” He had told Brian while standing during one of the breaks. “Man, go back to the hotel,” Brian finally said, after a half an hour of listening to Nick moan and whine. “But… the show…” Nick pointed around him, praying Brian was still his ever-caring self. “We’ll get someone to sit in your seat, they pay people to do that,” Brian stated and Nick had to fight the desire to smile. He couldn’t wait to back to his hotel room. And back to Jayde. And there he was, standing above the bed and gazing down at her sleeping form. Why had he not noticed how gorgeous she was before? Man, and how she could kiss. He’d always thought her lips looked kissable, he just didn’t know exactly how kissable they really where. With that thought, he leaned over and pressed his lips to hers, dropping his coat along side the bed, his arms reaching to pull Jayde into himself. Jayde moaned. Her dream was so real! In it, Nick was holding her to him and they where kissing deeply. She reached up to wrap her arms around him and suddenly her eyes shot open, it wasn’t a dream! There was Nick, holding her, as the two fought for control in the kiss. Finally they broke apart, breathing heavily. “Are the Grammy’s over?” Jayde asked, gazing at his passion-ridden face. “No,” Nick shook his head, “But some things are more important then award shows,” He laid her back and positioned himself on top of her, supporting his weight over her. Jayde smiled at him, “Like what?” “Like you,” He whispered before leaning over her face and kissing a pattern along her jawbone. He continued to trace kisses around her face, tracing her earlobe and kissing down to her neck. “I’ve fallen in love Jayde. I can’t think of any better person to love,” He nibbled at her neck making her wither underneath him. “Who… who have you fallen… in love with?” She whispered, panting all ready from what he was doing to her. “You…” He stated before sitting up a little and pulling her shirt up. “I hope you don’t mind,” He said, unclasping her bra and tossing it along side the shirt, which was on the floor, “But I find your body quite unbelievable.” He managed to undue his own pants, pulling them off along with his boxers. Then he undid hers, pulling her thong down with them. Jayde could only moan as Nick’s lips attached to her left nipple; teasing, sucking and nibbling. Once he felt he’d satisfied her left, he moved to her right, giving it the same amount of attention as the previous. She ran her hands along his chest, pulling up his shirt at the same moment so they where both naked. “So, what do you say… do you love me back?” Nick asked, gazing up into her glassy eyes. Jayde smirked, “I don’t know… that Orlando Bloom guy has really caught my eye…” Nick smirked as well and climbed rapidly up her body, going in for a kiss but stopping just above her lips. “Do you think you’re little Orlando could do this?” He pushed into and pressed his lips to hers at the same time. God, she hadn’t expected that. He was so… big. But they fit together perfectly, as if designed to be one. His pace was slow, almost unsure, until Jayde dug her nails into his back, breaking the kiss and breathing, “God Nick… faster…” He smiled and started moving faster into her, slamming himself down on her. The two moaned and Nick let out a string of cursing, feeling himself loose control. He bent by her ear, while continuing to pound into her, and said, “Cum with me baby.” That ended it all right there. Jayde lost it, her walls clasping around Nick. She shook violently and hung on to Nick for dear life. He came at that moment to, emptying his load inside her, only to collapse beside her on the bed. “So?” Nick said after he caught his breath. “So?” Jayde repeated, smiling as Nick pulled her into him, spooning in behind her. “You think I top Orlando Bloom?” He asked, as off-handily as he could manage. Jayde nearly burst out laughing when she heard the hint of jealousy in his voice. “Oh yeah baby, you beat Orlando Bloom any day, any way,” Jayde snuggled back into him. Nick pulled the blanket over them, “I suppose I do. Because I have one thing he doesn’t have.” “Grammy’s?” Jayde quirked. Nick laughed, “For now… but… I have you and he doesn’t.” Jayde turned in his arms and looked at him, “Do you really have me?” “Oh yeah,” Nick nuzzled her face, kissing her nose in a tender way, “Forever and ever baby.”
