Later that night around 8:00pm it was time for Kevin's birthday to begin. Everyone was there including Kevin's family. Courtney and AJ were taking it easy in the backroom. They had made a deal to be together in the bedroom and spend some quality time together for the time they were away from each other. Nick and Crystal were still having problems. Crystal and Nick seperatetly came to the party. Both of them very unhappy.

Crystal dropped off the kids at Jane's house, Aaron stayed to help his mom watch over his little nieces and nephew. When Crystal got to the party she greeted everyone with a smile on her face, trying not to show her heartbroken emotions. She gave Kevin his gift and walked toward the back of the room to grab some water.

Around 8:30pm Nick came in the door. He greeted everyone at the party, he too kept a smile on his face to keep everyone from asking questions. He walked around the room some and spoke with a few of Kevin's relatives and friends and as he headed over toward the bar where he was going get something to drink he saw Crystal sitting in a chair by herself.

He sighed to himself and gathered the courage to talk to her. Crystal looked at her tall crystal glass with water, she began seeing the image of Nick all over it. Small tears ran from her face.

"Crys" said Nick as he stool by her, when Crystal heard his voice she looked up from her glass and saw him standing there with a serious look of concern on his face. Crystal turned her face away from him and said "I don't want talk to you right now" said Crystal, for a few moments she didn't say anything to Nick, she hoped within the few moments her head was turned he would leave her be, but when she turned her head back toward the party Nick was still standing there infront of her still looking at her with sadness and a true look of love.

Something inside of Crystal began to form, it was the feeling of love for Nick, it over coming her all over again. She didn't know whar was happening, but Crystal still didn't want to talk to Nick.

"Nick you shouldn't be standing infront of me and trying to make a conversation" said Crystal looking at Nick.

"Crys please..I can't fight anymore with you about this, I never kissed her Crystal you must believe, this is crazy I love you more than anything Crys" said Nick trying to touch her face. Crystal backed away from Nick and said "Back away from me Nick, I saw you kiss her, you seemed as if you were truly enjoying it and truly I could seriously fall apart with everything I saw that very day" said Crystal. Nick walked towards Crystal but she back away from him and walked out of the room and into a room.

When she got there she looked at herself in the mirror,she was truly hurting inside. She wanted to be with Nick, but how could let him do this to her. It all didn't make sense to her. None of it did. Then all of sudden Crystal began to feel a cold chill down her back, she looked in the mirror and there was JC right behind her. He looked at her evily, like he was going to kill her. His deep blue eyes grew dark and cold, his hands curling up and his arms moving towards.

Before Crystal could get to the door JC grabbed her and he quickly silenced her shoving his fist in her mouth. He growled "shut the fuck up. I can clearly see that I have a lot to teach you. No worries we have all the time in the world because you belong to me now and there ain't nothing you can say or do to change the fact that I own you. Oh, what's this you ain't talking, maybe because I know how to shut you up, huh, my love."

Crystal began to feel herself choking as tears ran down her cheeks. JC smiled at the sight of her tears and said coldly "what the fuck are you crying for? I haven't even began to make you cry. When I get through with you tonight, you will never keep secrets from me again. And I am sure that I can teach you to have the same respect for me that you are going to learn well tonight."

Crystal was now crying so hard that she couldn't stop shaking as she couldn't help but choke on his large fist. JC knew this and said "I am going to take my fist out of your mouth now, don't even think about screaming if you want to live through tonight. Do you understand me?

She looked him straight in the eyes as if to tell him she understood. He slowly removed his fist saying "quiet, you really don't want to piss me off, do you?" She shook her head no.

He smiled "good, now let's get you out of these clothes." He ripped her shirt open to find that she wasn't wearing a bra. He grinned saying "nice, I think I can have some fun with these." Then he bit her right breast hard causing her to take a deep breath as she tried to block out the pain. He said "oh, does that hurt?" She nodded yes slightly. He said "cool, I thought it might. This ain't nothing yet. Now we are going to go into this bathroom, I 'm gonna fuck your pathetic brains out. But if for some reason you try to put up a fight then I guess I will just have to kill you right here and right now. Which do you prefer?" asked JC smiling.

Crystal gave no answer so he slapped her saying "bitch when I ask you a question you better answer me. Now where do want to do this, here or in my bathroom?"

She said quietly "go to hell Joshua." JC looked at her with even more anger and said "What?!"

"I said go to hell Joshua." said Crystal giving JC and pissed look "Oh I probably will but before I go I plan on making your life hell, until you become the obedient bitch that I know you can be. Now don't be stupid Crystal, were gonna fuck in here and get this started." He got up grabbing her neck tightly as he dragged her to the shower and closed the curtains behind them. He pushed her against the wall saying "Get your pants off.!"

"No Joshua." He shook his head screaming "NOW, I won't tell you again!." She started towards the door trying to get away from him but that only pissed him off more.

He stepped in between her and the door saying "Where the fuck do you think you are going?"

Crystal then said "to get away from you."

He said "No, you will never keep secrets from me again. Now since you kept my child away from me, I will just have to teach you to never hide anything like that from me again." He slammed her against the wall again with one hand choking her while his other hand undid her jeans. He quickly stripped her of both her dress and panties. She couldn't fight him because she couldn't breathe.

Crystal was about five seconds from passing out. JC felt her body starting to faint so he loosen his grip slightly.

He then said "Don't even think about passing out now. You definitely won't like that you find when you wake up." Crystal then gasped for air saying between big gulps of air "Joshua.. no.. leave.. me… alone."

JC then said "No way. Your not getting away that easy from me, we were together, remember."

"NO!" said Crystal trying to yell some. Joshua slapped her hard across her mouth. The force of his blow split her lip open causing it to ooze blood. He moved face his face so that it was about one inch from hers saying "Don't you ever scream at me again. If you know what is good for you will never tell me no again!"

He smiled when he saw the blood dripping from her lip. He licked it off of her face then smiled saying "sweet, I wonder if you taste this sweet everywhere. Why wait? I will find out in about two minutes, huh." Crystal then looked him in the eyes saying "Joshua?"

"What?" said JC looking at Crystal coldly Crystal then said with a stern weak look "I hate you" and the kneed him in his balls. He doubled over in pain so

Crystal took the chance for an escape. She ran over to the door, unlocked it and started to open it. JC quickly ran over slamming the door closed. He pinned her against the wall saying "Bitch, you are more stupid then I thought. What do I have to do to you to prove that you can't escape from me?!. Hmm, let me think, I am sure that I can come up with something but first you're going to be fucked."

He held her by her long hair, lead her to the shower, and threw her against it. She landed against her back and before she could react JC was on her pinning her to cold tile wall. He quickly restrained her wrists in the leather restraints that she had used on him earlier. He said "oh this is gonna be fun." Then he started to kiss her lips.

She quickly turned her head not wanting him to kiss her. He said "wrong move." Then he put his hand on her face forcing her mouth open. He then started forcefully kissing her knowing that she couldn't do anything about it. He allowed his tongue to cause her to choke for a couple of minutes. Then he stopped kissing her and said "As much as I am enjoying this. I would've had much more planned for tonight,but I'm gonna make sure no one knows about this."

He got off her and walked to the foot of the bed grabbing her right ankle and put it in it's restraint. When he tried to grab her left ankle she tried to kick him. He slapped her hard on her thigh saying "Bitch."

Then he quickly grabbed her ankle and restrained it. He stepped about four feet away from the bed to take a good look at her. He smiled as he enjoyed seeing her naked body laying there with her legs wide open waiting for his attack.

He said "Crystal look at me!." She looked at him with pain and fear in her eyes. He said "good, now watch." He took off his pants. She started to close her eyes but didn't when he said "Don't you dare close your eyes!."

She watched him as he took his boxers off. He then removed his shirt and threw it to the floor.It seemed the JC worked out a lot to get into his great shape and proudly showed off his tight muscular chest. He slowly started walking back over to her.He said "do you like what you see?" "No" JC then grinned and said "No?! You mean you don't want me? That's ok cuz I'm still fuck you." She was helpless, having no choice but to lay there and take whatever JC was going to do to her. As he kissed her, Crystal could feel how hard he was against her thigh, and part of her just wanted him to get it over with so he could leave her alone.

JC could help but to think of all the things he was going to do to her to teach her never to keep secrets from him ever again, He knew that he could teach her to be to never do it again, that it was just a matter of this time to hurt her badly. Crystal wanted this all to be a nightmare and to wake up from it. He continued to thrust himself in and out of her making her feel his full force. To her it felt like he was ripping her insides to shreds and all she could do to show her pain was cry. He was enjoying himself as he did when he dominated any of the girls he met but he knew there was something about this girl that was different. He knew he had to hurt Crystal for what she did to him and for keeping his daughter away from him, and also for the incident in the mall. All of this was hell for Crystal she wanted Nick to come looking for her.

JC broke their kiss and moaned loudly as he came inside of her. Crystal didn't make any sounds that would allow JC to know that she was sort of enjoying herself. Crystal was so much pain. Her entire body ached and twitched. She was in shock, she couldn't believe what had happened just a little while ago. So much blood was all her. Her hair was mangled and her dress was torn into shreds. She slid down to the shower floor. She couldn't cry, not even one tear.

Outside in the party room everyone was having so much fun. As the music blasted and people chatted, Courtney and AJ had come out of the bedroom and came to enjoy the rest of their eveinng together.

All of a sudden as AJ and Courtney began kissing out in the corner of Courtney's eye she saw Tiffany catering some of the foods.

When Tiffany saw Courtney her eyes grew thin,filled with some jeleously. Courtney rolled her eyes,when AJ turned his head to see what was pissing Courtney off he saw Tiffany, his eye grew with anger. He knew she wasn't here to help with Kevin's party, but to do something else to try to win Nick back.

Tiffany smiled deviously back at AJ. Then when Tiffany saw Nick she smiled at the moment of opprotunity. Tiffany then walked over behind Nick.

She placed her tray down for people to grab some food for themselves. She then placed her hands on Nick's butt and squeezed it softly, thinking that it was Crystal he smiled and turned around.When he saw that it wasn't, his grew some anger in the face.

"Nick you cannot leave me all alone"said Tiffany

"Why" said Nick giving her the cold shoulder. "You cannot leave me not now, not when I'm having your baby" Nick looked at Tiffany in alittle shock.

" Your pregnant with my child?" asked Nick

"Yes Nick, I've wanted to tell you those words for ever so long, but I had no idea what you would say..that's why I'm trying to get back with you, so you can be the father to your child"said Tiffany holding her stomach.

"You must be thinking that I'm cruel to be ever holding something like this from you..but we can make our relationship work..please..I need you really I do" Tiffany was making a few simple tears come out her face.

Tiffany then began to make an announcement. "Hello everyone here at Kevin's party, it needs to be seen and known that Nick and me are together..and futher more.."Tiffany began to sigh "Me and Nick are expecting a child". People in the room began talking and whispering things.

"No! it's not true!"said Kevin as he walked up to Tiffany "Your not pregnant with Nick's baby..your just here to bring out some complete bulshit to ruin Crystal's life"said Kevin getting into Tiffany's face.

Tiffany snorted and said "Oh please Kevin, you don't know what happened during the time I was there at the studio" "Whatever I saw everything and forced yourself on Nick in order to make Crystal think you and Nick were together and Nick was cheating on her you little slut!"said Kevin.

"It's true"said AJ stepping forward "Her friend Teresa did the samething to me and my loving girlfriend Courtnet got the wrong idea" said AJ looking at Courtney with innocent eyes.

Courtney couldn't believe it, AJ was telling her the truth and had always been ever since she left him all alone in the studio. Courtney looked at AJ with soo much love.

Tiffany began to get nervous, seeing that Nick wasn't gonna believe her white lie. Nick looked back at Tiffany and walked passed her, before he walked away from her he turned to her and slapped her.

"I want nothing to do with you tramp and if you dare to come near Crystal or you shall regret it, take her away". Nick said.

Some bodyguards that were observing and watching the guests, grabbed Tiffany and threw out of the house. When she got back to her feet, she coughed up some dirt and said "I will get even and get you back Nick just you wait and see". She then got up from her feet and walked to her car. She then drove off in the distance. Back inside as everyone was trying to enjoy their evening, Kristin began looking at the guest and making sure they were having a good time. Kristin went all over the the party room but not once did she see Crystal anywhere.

"Kevin honey have you seen Crys..I haven't seen her since I saw her talking to Nick". Kevin thought for a moment and said "No darling I haven't seen her since she came in and said hello to my parents"said Kevin looking at Kristin. Kristin began to look around the house for Crystal when she came to the bathroom she told herself to use the restroom before checking some more for Crystal.

Before she opened the door she noticed that the door was half open, it was quite odd for that to be possible.

"hmm that's odd I know Kevin closed the door and has the light on last time"said Kristin to herself. Kristin opened the door slowly and then slipped some, when she looked down on the floor she saw alittle blood on the floor. A bad feeling began running through the pit of her stomach. She looked over the nearby mirror it seemed as if the glass was broken.

"Oh my God, what happened in here?"Kristin began to wonder. Then when Kristin turned towards the shower, there was Crystal down in the shower laying on the ground, She very weak and alot of blood was on the shower floor. Her face was black and blue, she was covered in bruises. Kristin ran over to her.

"Nick!!!!!!!" called out Kristin. Kevin and others heard Kristin they ran to the bathroom. Kevin turned on the lights while Nick ran to Kristin, when he saw Crystal, his body froze when he saw how horribly Crystal was beaten.

"Oh mu fucking god!!!! Crys" said Nick as ran and grabbed Crystal's hand. "We need an ambulance NOW!!!!!!" Kevin dialed 911 on his cell.

Within seconds paramedics came and carefully picked up Crystal and placed her onto the bed. "Whose going with her to the hospital?"asked the paramedic.

"I will"said Nick. The paramedic nodded and said "Who are you sir?" asked the paramedic.

I'am her boyfriend" said Nick looking at the paramedic "Alright, this girl needs medical attention badly and fast" said the paramedic. Nick jumped into the ambulance and the ambulance went off.

Courtney, AJ, Jennifer, Howie, Brian, and Leighanne agreed t go right then and there to the hospital. Kevin and Kristin were going to stay a few minutes and cancel the party. The told the gang they would meet them there. AJ, Brian, Howie, Jennifer, Leighanne, and Courtney left with their boyfriend and went off to hospital. Inside the ambulance, Nick was holding Crystal's hand and supporting her, while the paramedics placed the IV in her arm and placed an oxygen mask on her face to help her breathing. Nick looked at her deeply in the eyes as if to say I love you Crystal. Crystal looked at Nick weakly and smiled alittle bit.
