Days and Days went by and soon enough it would be time for the trial between Crystal and JC. Crystal feared this time,becasue not only would she be talking about their relationship she and Joshua once had but the horrible night he rapped her. That very night haunted her greatly. And Crystal was already having butterflies within her stomach when the day of the trial arrived."Crys..are you alright?" asked Nick taking Crystal's hand and looking at her deeply in the eyes.Crystal looked up at Nick, her eyes filled with fear and sorrow then she finally spoke up "Nick..I cannot do this alone" said Crystal turning away from Nick and looking out at the window.

"You will never do this alone Angel..not without me" said Nick he then walked up behind his wife and placed his hands on her shoulders and then said "When I married you I made a vow to you and to everyone else..and I will never break that promise..your the most beautiful woman in the world ...then I would never leave our children and leave them to be fatherless..that shall never be their fate... ever...I was there for you in the beginning and I shall be there for you now" said Nick as he turned Crystal so that she would be facing him.He then tipped her chin and Crystal looked up her husband , a few tears running from her face..but without a word she smiled. Crystal knew Nick was right.

Nick always kept his promise no matter what. He had proven that to her many times,even before they got married he proved it. The trial was starting at 10:00am in the morning.

Everyone in the gang had been advised of more infromation on the trial. Unfortunately for the record the kids werent allowed in the courtroom. The gang all understood why, it would cause a disturbance for the judge to listen to what the plantiff and the defendant had to say. So they left their kids in the care of the parents. When Crystal and Nick got there Crystal sat with her attorney and Nick sat in a seat right behind her.

Before the clock struck 10 on the dot the other came rushing through the door and got to their seats. At 10am right on the 10 the judge came walking out the door and onto her stand. Crystal sighed in realief that the judge was a female. The guard standing near the table of where the judge was standing. he then walked up to the front and yelled out "All hail may rise...trial 426 Crystal Ann Smith Carter versues her ex boyfriend Joshuaua Scott Chasez for rape" said the guard then walked back towards the judge and then standing next to the stand.

The judge then began to speak up "Mr.Chasez you're here by convicted of more than one crime and might I say that rapping this woman is one of your worst crimes" said the judge.

Joshua then looked at the jugde with anger and fire in his eyes. As the judge began talking even more some people in the courtroom began looking at JC with looks of fear and some with anger. Joshua didn't care what they were thinking at the moment. The judge then looked at Joshua when she was done and then said "Mr. Chasez will please step up and speak your side of the story" said the judge. As JC began walking up to the stand he a younger woman was getting ready to type up everything that JC was about to say.

"Mr Chasez you may begin" said the judge. Before JC could speak he looked up Crystal with a mean ass look on his face, something that made Crystal shiver with fear. She knew that she couldn't get so worked up because she was carrying four kids and she didn't want to lose any of them,especially on her account. Then Crystal remembered the fight she and JC had the day they brokeup, she remembered how she threw a knife at JC. Her eyes began getting wide and big. She prayed to God that JC would never meantion what she did. By why should it matter...she did in all of defense....but then it would probably make the judge think that she was harmful and then she would have to go to trial all over again just for her...but for something that she did.

Before JC sat down in the seat of the stand the guard brought the bible forward and said "Joshua Scott Chasez raise one hand please(Joshua then raise his left hand do you promise to tell the truth and nothing but the truth so help me God?" asked the guard "I do" said JC.

JC's attorney then walked up to JC and said "Mr. Chasez can you tell us everything you know about the relationship between you and Mrs. Carter"said the attorney as he pointed a finger towards Crystal. JC then began to speak. The judge then began listening to JC's side of the story

"Your honor me and Crystal were together for 4 years..and one thing for sure is I never rapped her..I have no intentions of ever doing such a crime..it's horrible and Crystal is too beautiful of a girl to ever be touched..she was the best thing that could ever happen to me..till one day she brought that damn Backstreet Boy in our lives..he's the one who rapped Crystal" said JC looking at Crystal with a smirk and of glee.

"That's a lie Joshua You did rape Crystal you sick son of a bitch!!!!" Nick yelled out , the judge then began slamming a huge wooden hammer onto her desk and calling out order "ORDER...ORDER!!!! THERE WILL BE ORDER IN MY COURTROOM....Mr. Carter if you don't sit down and calm yourself you will be removed from my courtroom!!!" yelled out the judge.

Following the judge's orders Nick sat in his seat balling his fist and grumbeling to himself. Courtney turned to Nick and whispered "Nick we all know how you feel but if you bring out another outrage like that Crystal will be in here by herself without you to be there for her in her time of need, and certainly I know you well, and frankly I know also that you want all of this end,believe me we all do..but if you don't follow the judge's orders you will be kicked out and then what?" said Courtney looking at Nick showing him that she was serious.

Nick sighed and then whispered back and said "your right Court, I'm sorry it's just that son of a bitch is lying about everything..we all know what he did, you can see that he did in his eyes..he's just too damn calm" said Nick

"I can already tell he's going to do something" said Courtney she then turned away from Nick and looked up JC who was sticking up his middle finger at her.Courtney's face grew dark and filled with hatrid. AJ saw her face and then placed his hand on her and it was telling her to calm down remindering her that she was pregnant. Courtney looked at AJ and nodded and then breathed a couple of breaths of relief and then began relaxing.

When JC was done telling his story he then got up from the stand and sat down in his seat. He then smiled at Nick and said "Your dead Carter hope you enjoy your time with your beloved bitch" said JC laughing. Nick's face grew truly red in the face. He had to keep his cool or else he would kicked out of the courtroom. And that's exactly what Joshua wanted.

When the judge heard JC's side of the story she then turned to the woman and said "Did you get all of that Mr. Chasez side of the story?" asked the judge. The woman then nodded her head.

"Alright I can see that there are many friends..yet family members for Mrs. Carter..but I wanna find out the most realiabe source to find out from their expierence on what happened that night" said the judge.

In the audience Kristin knew that this would be a good opprotunity to tell everything she remembered about that night

"Maybe If I try to telling everything that happened and Nick sees how I'm trying to help Crystal maybe I'll start getting alittle more attention from Nick and then he will be so focused on me that he will forget about Crystal and leave her for good" said Kristin smiling to herself.

Unfortunately for Kristin Nick was never going to leave his life for any reason..not even for Kristin. It would be Kristin that would be loosing so much in the end.

"You honor I will speak for Crystal Carter" said Kristin smiling. The judge looked up and said "State your name please"

"Your honor I'am Kristin Willits Richardson, a a good friend to Crystal and a true witness to Crystal's rapping..I'm here to prove that Joshua Chasez is guilty for his crime and not Nick Carter". Kristin then got up from her seat in the audience and then walked up to the stands and made a pleage infront of the court.

Crystal's lawyer then began asking questions about JC and the relationship between JC and Crystal and what made Kristin believe that Nick had nothing to do with Crystal's rapping and the JC was all to blame. Kristin then began telling how Crystal was missing and was already having a bad night and finally of the relationship between JC and Crystal and how he vowd to hurt her when they brokeup. Then Kristin even explained when she found Crystal beaten up terribly in the bathroom of her and Kevin's house on his birthday.

The judge began getting more convinced that JC had been lying about Crystal's husband raping him.

"Alright we shall have a short recess and then when we all come back then wee shall talk about whose guilty and whose not" said the judge, She then got up from her seat and walked into the backroom. In the back room the judge and the jury discussed everything that was meantioned in the courtroom. Outside the gang sat there in thre courtroom talking. Nick got up from his seat and walked over to Crystal and the two of them hugged and kissed for the longest time.

"Nick I'm scared, it seemd like JC is going to win and something really bad will happen to me" said Crystal as she began shivering and crying on Nick's chest. Nick kissed on Crystal's forehead and rocked her back and forth and then said "No, I will never let that bastard touch you or our family ever..you can count on that sweetheart" said Nick as he rubbed his hands down his wife's sad face. Fifteen miutes the judge and the jury came out and sat back in their seats.

"Order..there will be order in this courtroom...now jury will you please hand me the piece of paper to reveal the ending of this case once and for all". A woman from the jury handed the judge a piece of paper and then the judge began to read it. The gang began holding hands praying and hoping that JC would be going to jail and prosecuted for the rest of his life.

"Joshua Scott Chasez your are here guilty of rapping Crystal Anna Smith Carter..you're here by punished for the rest of life of being prosecuted and your date of death will be in the electric chair, this court is now ajourned" said the judge. The guard took JC away and the whole gang began screaming and cheering outloud thanking God that JC was being placed where he belonged. Crystal and Nick began hugging each other tightly. Crystal began crying happy tears of joy. She was so happy, JC was gone for good. JC would never be in her and Nick's life ever again.

"He's gone darling...you will never have to worry anymore....I love you Crystal" said Nick as he kissed her on the lips.

The trial was a sucess and JC was placed in the electric chair for raping of Crystal. But JC going to the electric chair for the rest of his life wasn't the last of Crystal's trouble. Kristin was going to do everything in their power to make Nick fall inlove with her and leave Crystal and the kids. So one day as Crystal and the kids were out of town for a little while seeing Crystal's mother and her other family members. Kristin believed that this would be a good time to try and steal Nick. So Kristin got dressed and then drove off to Nick's house. She left her daughter in the care of her mother till she got back. When Kristin arrived at Nick's she got out of the car and saw him sitting in the pool. She began undressing herself and walking towards Nick. And Nick saw her coming he looked at Kristin with digust.

"Kristin what are you doing here?" asked Nick

"I came here to see how you were doing ,since your wife isn't gonna be here for a little bit" said Kristin smiling as her hands went up Nick's stomach. Nick grabbed Kristin's hand and placed it down at her side.

"What are you doing Nick, don't fight it..you know you want this" said Kristin rubbing herself against Nick's crotch.

"Kristin stop..your married and I'm married to Crystal..I'm not gonna betray her ever ...so you need to leave now" said Nick as he began walking away from Kristin.

"I'm not gonna take no for an answer Nickolas" said Kristin to herself. She then ran up to Nick,grabbed him and kissed him. As they were kissing Courtney and Leighanne came to Nick's house for a visit. When they saw Kristin's car in the driveway both of them were clueless.

"Why is Kristin here?" asked Leighanne looking at Courtney who had the same look of confusion on her face.

"I don't know let's check it out" said Courtney as the two of them walked up the gate and looked through a peep whole.When they saw Nick and Kristin kissin each other.Leighanne and Courtney couldn't believe it.

"That asshole I don't believe him..are my eyes decieving me?" asked Courtney >p>"Nope....damn him " said Leighanne.

"I'm not gonna stand around here and let this happen" said Courtney she slammed the gate open. Nick and Kristin turned and looked at Courtney with shock.

"You know it would be funny if Crystal ever found out her husband was kissing the major slut Kristin Richardson..and you know what it's almost tragic" said Courtney getting angry.

"Courtney...it's not what it looks like..she kissed me" said Nick

"Oh I know that Nick.....but it's Kristin I don't trust after all she is trying to win you over" said Courtney. Nick looked up at Kristin with an angry look.

"Oh yeah Nick show that look of surprise but I'm sure now that little bitch Kristin is all taken care of..."said Courtney. Courtney then saw a wooden bat and grabbed it.

"Whatever your getting ready to do with the bat you better not even think of pointing it to me" said Kristin

"Oh ,wow now she speaks up for herself" said Leighanne coming out from the gate.

"Yeah I called up Crystal and..she is up with anger...she's taking the first flight down here to kill you Kristin, she said another move on her husband and you'll die, so I'd be careful if I were you" continued Leighanne.

"I'm going inside now,to wash all this crap off of me" said Nick as he walked inside and closed the door. As Kristin tried to follow Nick Courtney stopped her.

"Oh no, you don't leave that way so easily Kristin..I think you deserve some hits in the face to warn you to stay away from Nick" said Courtney before swung the bat at Kristin, she ducked away from the Courtney. When Courtney saw that she missed she swung it again and hit Kristin in her stomach "That's right Kristin! run the fuck away...cuz it won't be long before Kevin finds out about this..I'm sure that pain in your stomach is quite painful,look at it as a warning sign" said Leighanne.

"Kevin will never find out...cuz he would rather believe his wife rather than you people" said Kristin clutching her stomach. she then walked away and got into the car.

"We have to watch her,she's likely to do anything to get Nick" said Leighanne.

"Oh yes...but we both know Nick would never leave Crystal and the kids..he loves her..it's just Kevin and Kristin are gonna be having problems and we have to be there for him when the time comes" said Courtney.

"Well I better go tell Brian so he will be on the look out for anything else Kristin might do" said Leighanne as she got back into her car and left.Courtney had to think of what to do before Crystal came back to town. Courtney wasn't gonna thinki about it right now. She then walked inside the house and saw Nick on the couch. He looked like he was deep in thought. Like he was confused and really pissed.

When he saw Courtney standing at the door, he tried to drop the pissed look on his face. "Hey bro" said Courtney as she walked over to the couch to where Nick was sitting. As she saw down she took Nick's hand and said "Dude Crystal will understand..she loves you Nick...to tell you the truth me and Leighanne kinda suspected that Kristin was after you" said Courtney.

"Yeah I kinda saw how you all were treating her and really we all wanted to know if you all were tripping or something like that" said Nick. Courtney laughed and nodded no.

"Well you know Nick I don't know how were gonna tell Crystal..I think she might know already..we just can't risk her going into the hospital..except for when she has your kids for the last time..Nick I'm worried Kristin is gonna do something to really throw Crys off the line here....ya know and I don't want that happenining...you don't either I know" said Courtney. Nick nodded his head and said "Your right" I want nothing to happen to Crys or the babies..it's not right" said Nick. Courtney then called the others to come on over to help Kristin stay away Nick.

What Courtney and Nick didn't know that was while this was going on Crystal was on the flight flying back home to Florida to get Kristin for ever trying to get with her husband Nick. It wouldn't take long for Crystal to arrive to the house. Crystal took a taxi home.

Kristin sat outside of the house on the front steps thinking to herself. She looked upset and worried. All of sudden Crystal got out of the taxi and when she saw Kristin sitting there Crystal began growin in rage "What the fuck are you going at my house you bitch!?" yelled out Crystal holding her stomach.

"Oh my god Crys...what are you doing back so early I thought you were spending time with your family" said Kristin as she stood up. Her eyes in complete shock."

"I came here to beat the shit out of you..if you think of trying to take my husband from me you got another thing coming honey" said Crystal.

"Ok Crys..maybe I should tell Nick that your here and he will take it from here" said Kristin she then began to get up and Crystal walked quickly over to Kristin and grabbed her hair "Ow! Crystal your hurting me STOP!...y-your gonna hurt me"

"Oh yeah I haven't even started on hurting you Kristin, there's no way in hell I'm gonna ever let you get near Nick again you hear me Kristin"

"Listen Crystal your gonna jepordize your babies Crystal..you could put yourself at risk,even put your babies at risk..ow" said Kristin

"The only thing that is going to be putting me at risk is you, you bitch!" said Crystal as she pushed Kristin down to the ground.

"Ow shit!" said Kristin. Crystal stood up her face incredibly red. As Kristin tried getting up from the ground Crystal pushed her onto the chair and said "Uh ah Stay down!"

"Let me Go" said Kristin

"Oh no I'm enjoying this Kristin...do you remember when I was rapped by JC and then Nick was there to help me..basically it felt good to have Nick by my side...and you had Kevin being there for you..but no..you wanted Nick for yourself..well your never gonna get him ever...now do you remember I now have a condition because of you...I now have a condition that would be called hating your guts so much that I could lose control and I could just stomp you to death!!!!" said Crystal shoving Kristin

"I-I know that your angry with me Crystal and I don't blame you for being upset...but uhhh you you can't risk the health of your babies..you cannot risk it"said Kristin

"Oh shut up! you could not ever care about the health of my babies...so stop acting so fucking concerned about me and my babies health,unless your shrude enough to believe that if anything happens to me in my pregnancy that you will never have a chance with Nick ever again!" said Crystal

"No! Crys that's not what I meant okay..I...""Oh just deal with okay...you're the kind of person who doesn't care about anyone and that thinks of noone but herself...you don't even care about Nickolas do you Kristin..because if you did you would be happy for him...that he and I are expecting four children soon and you have nothing with him ever and you wouldn't be trying to be our children at risk!!!!"said Crystal placing her hand on her stomach.

"Crystal look..." "No you listen to me...when are you gonna get this bullshit through that huge thick head of yours..that Nick will never love you like he does with me...YOU WILL NEVER HAVE A CHANCE WITH HIM EVER!!!!!OWWWWW!!!" Crystal clutched her stomach.

"Oh god! Crystal" said Kristin as she saw how much pain Crystal was in. Kristin then tired to help Crystal

"Don't you touch me tramp!" said Crystal Kristin then tried to run up and get help " I've gotta get help" said Kristin but Crystal grabbed Kristin by the arm and said " You are out of your mind if you think I'm gonna let you run to Nick and play the herione with me and my babies, me and my kids will be just fine "

"Crystal your in pain let me get you help"said Kristin

"Oh no you don't...if you really wanna help me you will leave me and Nick alone and get your slutty self away from me and Nick and go back to Kevin and stay with him for good!!! ahhhhhhh! and you will think long and hard for all the shit that you've done to me ahhhhh!" said Crystal

"That's it!!!" said Kristin as she pulled away from Crystal's grip " God.. I'm tierd of all your insults geez....Im trying to help you so you won't lose these babies...and you keep giving me all this crap based on me..what about the truth Crystal..that Nick loves me truly..he was kissing me the other day and he was truly enjoying it...your man is inlove with another woman...that's me....I could frankly care about my daughter..she's just a reflection of my husband Kevin!" said Kristin

"What?!" said Crystal. She couldn't believe that Kristin was even saying these words.

"The only thing I wanna see is you dead..because you have cost me my children's lives and secondly Kristin Nick never could ever for you..or ever love you"

"Oh right...Crystal..you know deep down somehere insideyou Crystal you have tendincy thinking that I would ever take your husband away from you..you've never been secure never....your so stressed out thinking that Nick will leave you and his family for me....and he could Crystal" said Kristin her face turning stern"Where the hell do you get your nerve?" said Crystal still cluthing her stomach.

"I get my nerve from the truth and that's the way it's gonna be Crystal!" said Kristin as she walked up the stairs onto the porch and towards Nick's house. Then Crystal stopped holding her stomach and went up to Kristin and grabbed her by the neck.

"Ahhh Bitch!!!" said Kristin

"Damn you Kristin!!" yelled out Crystal. As Kristin and Crystal were fighting and Kristin was trying to break free from Kristin broke free from Crystal she pushed her over off of her and onto the balcony "Ahhhhhhhhhh nooo!" screamed out Crystal as she fell to the floor and onto the metal table and chair. She knocked them both over and fell to the floor unconsisous.

"Oh my god!!!! is she dead?" asked Kristin as she placesd her hand against her mouth. When Courtney and the others were inside Nick's house just chilling. Courtney heard Crystal's voice outside. "You guys that sounded like Crys and Kristin"

"Baby!" said Nick as he and the other ran outside and found Kristin standing up and Crystal was on the ground. Nick couldn't believe it, when hesaw his wife laying on the ground dead he began screaming "Call an ambulance!!!" cried Nick. Howie then grabbed his cellphone and called for an ambluance and within minutes an ambulance was here. They picked up Crystal and placed her onto the bed ansd the Nick got into the ambulance and drove off.

Kristin was still standing in complete shock. She was scared and very upset. Courtney and the others looked at Kristin with pissed looks. Looks that could make you shiver. Courtney walked behind Kristin and said "If my best friend looses her babies you will wish you were on your death bed right now" Courtney and the others walked away from Kristin all except Kevin.

He stood five feet from her. His face expression was sad and deep. His dark green eyes filled with anger, but he didn't dare show it. He showed complete heartbreak in Kristin. Kevin then began to speak "I never wanna see you again you whore" said Kevin as he began to walk away.

"But Kevin,what about our daughter?" asked Kristin filling up with tears and shaking.

"You will never see her again...but why should it matter...you said so yourself that she didn't matter to you" said Kevin with his back turned to his wife. Kristin then covered her mouth up and began crying alittle.

"I'm sorry baby..please be with me......I love you" said Kristin.

"Well I use to Kris..not anymore..you've changed since I last saw you...I'm done here..."said Kevin. Kevin then continued to walk to his car and drove off leaving Kristin by herself. Kristin then took a deep breath and ran to her car and drove off to the hospital.

At the hospital the paramedics brought Crystal into the hospital and then ran her down the hall into a nearby room. Dr. Able and his nurses then raced to the room to help Crystal. Nick tried to be in the room with Crystal but one of the nurses stopped Nick ans told him to wait outside. Nick didn't want to leave his wife, but the nurse insisted and promised Nick the minute she got some news she would tell Nick. As the nurse left Nick by himself Nick's eyes began turning red and bloodshot. He was soo scared and planly wanted to punch the wall in the hospital. p>"Any news ?" asked Brian as he came up to Nick. Nick turned to him and shook his head no. Leighanne then placed a hand on Nick's shoulder and looked at Nick with so much concern. Courtney took her boyfriend's hand and began sighing deeply. AJ kissed Courtney on the cheek, trying to reassure her that Crystal would be okay. Courtney wasn't so sure about it. She had a bad feeling that something was gonna happen and it would tear Nick apart.

A half an hour later Dr. Able came out of the room and called out for Nick "Are you Mr. Carter?" asked the doctor

"Yeah"replied Nick waiting to see what the doctor was going to say based on Crystal's whereabouts.

"I have some bad news Mr. Carter" said Dr. Able looking through his papers.

"What is it?" asked Nick. The others then knew it was a good time to leave Nick alone so they went into the waiting room and wait for Nick to come back.

"Well,she's under a coma and right now and frankly with your wife she's carrying alot of kids inside and she could loose one of them...possibly die herself" said the doctor saddly.

"No!No....it's not possible....she can't die" said Nick

"I'm sorry sir but she took a nasty fall and I don't think there's any hope for her" said Dr. Able. Nick's eyes began filling with tears and growining more and more red.

"Can I be with her?" asked Nick

"Yeah, go right ahead..but only you can be with her..her friends i'm sorry cannot see her..it's just too many people" said Dr. Able.

"Will you tell them?" asked Nick

"Yes of course" said Dr. Able. Nick then walked slowly away from the doctor and towards his wife's bedroom. Dr. Able then walked into the waiting where the rest of the gang was waiting. Dr. Able then went into the other to tell the others on Crystal's wellness. Leighanne and the others began getting upset. Courtney couldn't bring a sad expression on her face. All she could so was turn her head and give Kristin a awfual stare. Kristin sat in the corner by herself.

In the hospital bedroom Nick opened the curtains up slowly and saw his wife unconsiouly laying on her bed. The heartmonitor taking every single one of her heartbeats. Nick wipped his face. He couldn't let his sick wife see him in tears. It would break her heart. He then grabbed a chair and sat down right next to Crystal. He took out his hand and placed it on Crystal's face. Nick then began stroking it softly. " My Angel....I'm so sorry this happened to you..I know you may have no reason to be forgiving me....you may think what happened between me and Kristin was something I wanted to happen...but trust me Crys..I never ever wanted it... ever..I was weak..sure wish Court had never called you and told you what happened, because it would stress you out and therefore bring out all kinds of problems..but I guess Court did a good thing by letting you know what Kristin was doing..she was wrong for that and we would never have these problems with Kristin and yourself..she has put our family at risk..and I swear to God that I will never trust her again..and I will never make any mistakes...please Crys...you have to fight....baby...fight me...you must fight" Nick then kissed his wife on the forehead.

Then a nurse came into the room. "The doctor would like to you" said the nurse. Nick nodded his head. He then got up and followed the nurse out of Crystal's room and there was Dr. Able waiting for Nick.

"I've run some tests on your wife and I have the resutls of how she turned out" said the doctor.

"Yeah...and?" asked nick waiting for the doctor to speak up. "It seems that her blood pressure is extremely high..and were are doing everthing we can..but it just doesn't look good for Mrs. Carter and her babies....there's something that your going to have to do....you must choose between your wife and the babies" said Dr. Able. Nick couldn't believe. He almost dropped to the floor from the horrifying news that he has just heard. He then looked at the doctor with hurt in his heart.

"You must choose Mr. Carter" said Dr. Able.

"I will choose just let me go to the chapel and choose" said Nick saddly

"Of course" said Dr. Able.

Nick then began walking away from the doctor and off to the chapel; all of a sudden Kristin walked out of the waiting room where the others were sitting down. When Nick saw her, he didn't dare speak to her.

"Nick I....I'm really sorry about this....we all heard what happened" said Kristin trying to place an hand on Nick's shoulder. Nick turned to Kristin and said "Don't even act like you care Kristin...don't even touch me....just get the hell away from me" Nick's eyes gave Kristin a stern look. He was furious with Kristin. He wanted to slap her; but he didn't, dare touch her he just walked away from her towards the chapel.

Over in the waiting room the others were discussing things among Crystal and Nick.

"I don't know how much of this crap I can actually take...Crystal is in the hospital while Kristin the bitch...is sitting over therel; trying to figure out how to win Nick over" said Courtney getting pissed. AJ sighed and held his girlfriend's hand and said "Baby....all we can do is just pray and hope for the best" "Yeah honey...jusy pray" said Courtney. Kristin then walked back into the waiting room when she walked passed Howie and the others gave her a mean look. Even Jennifer wasn't smiling.

Kristin then turned to them and tried to seems unhappy with Crystal and her condition. The gang knew what was happening ; they didn't dare talk to her. Kristin then got up and walked to the others and said " Kevin...I'm sorry..I never in a million years planned for this to happen...I never wanted to hurt Crystal and endangrer both her and her babies" said Kristin. Leighanne then got up and said "You know I don't think it's even worth it holding your breath and wasting it on Kevin..you should be dead by now;because frankly Kristin..we've all kicked you out of our lives for good...how could you hurt Crystal and endanger her babies the way you..we could loose Crystal and all you think about is trying to get her husband" said Leighanne

"But...I-I-I never wanted this to happen Leigh...she did it to herself..when we were fighting..she was dogging me out I didn't want to fight her..but she continued to be verbal as well as physcially abusive and when she went too far; I snapped...it's the truth you have to believe me I never meant for anything like this to happen or go this far..please.." said Kristin beginning to cry. Courtney sat in AJ's lap not speaking a word.

Jennifer looked up at Kristin and said "I don't think you should even be talking right now.....I see that Court wants to speak...but she doesn't want to say anything she might regret saying and risking her pregnancy would be something that she would not want to happen...so just leave us all alone you tramp...you've done enough" said Jennifer. Kristin then slowly walked out of the room to look for Nick who was sitting in the hospital chapel praying for his wife and children to be alright.

"God I know that this is my fault..I'm terrible husband..terrible man...I should've never let Kristin kiss me...all Crystal did was love me and understand me..we've been through so much together and now we are expecting more children...I made a vow of loyalty to you on our wedding day and I promised not to break it..I swear it will never happen again... now it just happens that Kristin is inlove with me and I'am just realizing it now....and now she and my wife have fought greatly and now my children and wife are paying with their lives on the line....please don't punish Crystal and her babies for what happened between me and Kristin;...don't take them away from me...but punish me..if you have take someone..don't take them...take me lord...take me" said Nick as he laid his head down on the bench for a couple minutes and began crying.

Outside of Crystal's bedroom Dr.Able and the nurses were observing some test results and it didn't look for Crystal and her babies. They all were falling behind and it was getting harder and harder for Dr. Able to help Crystal.

All of sudden Crystal's heartmonitor dropped Dr. Able and the nurses heard it and ran into the room "Oh God were loosing her..get her in emergency!!!!.... Now!!!" screamed out Dr. Able. Nurses scrambled Crystal down into emgergency.

The others saw Crystal going down the hall and they ran after her; Brian ran into the chapel and found Nick. He grabbed Nick and told him to hurry they were moving Crystal down into emergency; the entire gang observed Crystal through a glass window.

Within seconds Dr. Able and the nurses were working quicky and fast to revive Crystal."Come on...Come on Carter ...breath...oh god please breath" said Dr. Able as he began placing an oxygen bubble over her face to help her to breath. A nurse looked at the monitor and saw that Crystal's heart was still flat. She then placed a hand on Dr. Able's hand to stop him from trying.

"Time of death... 1:09am......." said Dr. Able saddly. Dr. Able then took off his gloves and wipped his forehead and sighed. He then walked outside and and stood and looked at the other for a couple of seconds.

"What is it..is my wife alright?" asked Nick looking at the doctor. The doctor then hung his head down and then looked up and said "I'm sorry...they're all gone........" said the doctor

"What do you mean they're gone..tell me you motherfucker!!!! WHAT DO YOU MEAN!!!!?" yelled nick grabbing Dr. Able's shirt. Dr. Able then breathed deeply and replied " Your wife and babies are gone Mr. Carter......I'm truly sorry...they're gone..they didn't make it"

"No!!! she lived..your lying you sick son of a bitch..CRYSTAL!!!! CRYSTAL!!!! NOO!!! GOD!!! PLEASE NO!!!!" screamed Nick as he began banging on the hospital walls. Courtney then fell to the floor she sat there for 20 minutes not moving an inch, but when she saw Kristin she quickly got up and kicking and screaming Kristin "YOU STUPID BITCH; I WILL KILL YOU......YOU WILL FUCKING DIE....your a shitty whore Kristin you hear me...you will pay...I will kill you;you will pay this..I will get you...I will get you if it's the last thing I do...I will; you will pay this for Kristin if you think you've taken my best friend away from me you got another thing coming bitch!!!!" screamed out Courtney. As Courtney was saying these words AJ, Kevin and Leighanne were holding her back and stopping her.

"Court don't do this...think of your baby...don't do this!!!!" said Kevin

"I can't Kevin..she took my best friend away from me..she's gonna die do you hear me you whore..you will pay for this...YOU WILL!!!!!"said Courtney. AJ and Brian took Courtney out of the room and into another part of the hospital where they could calm here down.

When they were gone Kristin slow got up but when she did Nick turned around and looked at Kristin and slapped her hard in the face. Kristin began crying hard "You deserve that bitch..I would hit you more...but hitting a mutant isn't something that I would wanna touch again...you make me sick...I could fuck you up pretty good..you tramp..I could've let my sister Courtney kill you...it would've been better than to see my wife and children die the way they did....you don't deserve to live..now get out of my face" said Nick

"Nick I..I...please listen to me" said Kristin before she could say anything else Nick pushed her against the wall squeezing her hard. Howie and Kevin pulled him off of her. They held him tightly "Kristin your not wanted here any longer..so leave...Nick really wants to break every bone in your body....but we can't let him..." said Jennifer.

Kristin then looked at Nick for a minute and then walked out of the room. When she got outside to her car she began crying inside. Inside the hospital Nick walked inside of Crystal's room and then began rubbing her face and kissing it softly.

"Oh god..Crys...baby if your up there I'm sorry..I'm truly sorry...please come back to me..please" said Nick as he placed his face on Crystal's lifeless body and began crying. As Nick began crying Crystal's body flew up towards Heaven. When she arrived there stood her father smiling and waiting for her with open arms.

"My little girl....you must be so scared..come here" said her father

"Oh daddy...please I can't leave Nick and my family...please...I love him...he's so different..please don't" said Crystal "I know babygirl..I know....but there's something you must know before you go back down"said her father. With a touch of his finger out came a little girl playing and laughing happily.

"Whose is that daddy?" asked Crystal with a confused look "That was gonna be your little girl that would've been born today...but it can't be possible..." said Crystal's father

"No...daddy please no...don't take her away from me please...I have to go back with all my kids..Nick loves them and he loves me" said Crystal begining to cry

"I know you sweetheart..you're going back..but not with your daughter..just your other three boys...be happy honey..there's nothing I can do here baby...you have to go own without her" said Crystal's father

"But...daddy how Nick see her...she's so beautiful and he will never get to see her" "There is a way...follow me" said Crystal's father

"Okay". Crystal took her father's hand and then with Crystal's daughter in her arms they traveled down to the hospital and saw Nick sitting in a chair next to Crystal. When Nick saw Crystal as an Angel happy tears ran down his face. He then noticed a little baby girl

"Who is that?" asked nick

"She was going to be a our little girl..but she died Nicky...I will be coming back with our three boys..so just be prepared baby...I'll be there" said Crystal.

Crystal and her father then drifted back up into Heaven. When they both arrived Crystal stopped for a second. "It's time sweetheart...you have to let her go" said her father.

"It's soo hard daddy...." said Crystal crying. Crystal then began crying and rocked her daugter back and forth and sang a little lullaby. When Crystal was done her father took the baby from her arms and said "She will be taken ogod care of I promise you..but you will forget this moment" said her father..Crystal then began drifting away she then said before she was gone "Good bye my sweet little girl.. momma loves you always we shall be together very soon" then Crystal was gone. She floated back down to the hospital and layed back down.

When she awoke she noticed four little boxes right next to her. Three of them carried blue blankets and one carried a pink blanket. She slowly got up and observed every single one. But then something looked very different from the blue blankets. It was odd. Crystal saw their faces; but with the pink it seemed as if the face was covered. "Oh my gosh...we had three boys..oh your father is going to be soo happy..and then we had a girl....I'm gonna call you Izabelle...I don't know what your father will think of that name..but I know he will love it.........................but why is the blanket over your head...what is wrong with these doctors?" said Crystal as she began unraveling the pink blanket. When she was done she screamed out "OH MY GOD!!!! My baby my baby.,..oh god....no...what is wrong with you!!!?!" Crystal began getting terribly scared and upset.

When Nick heard her he ran inside her room and when he saw that she was alive he smiled and then he saw her expression her face. He then knew what was wrong with the baby "Honey..listen to me..." said Nick holding his wife.

"What...no..I can't sit...our daughter...she's sick...she's pale in the face and she's not moving.....you have to get the doctor..please Nick!!!!" cried out Crystal

"No....we can't....our daughter died...honey...while we thought wer had lost you and the babies.. Dr. Able took the babies...and our boys survived..but our daughter is gone" said Nick saddly

"No Nick don't you dare say that!!!..our daughter is sick...it's not true..she's not dead....please Nick our daughter needs help!!!" said Crystal as she fell to the floor in grief.

"Baby...no...we had to...please....it was either you or the her...and we had to take her...I couldn't lose you...it was a hard decision to make for me...." said Nick as he tried conforting Crystal who was crying and screaming. She held tightly on Nick's shoulder.

"Noooooooooo...Nick...not our baby girl...oh god.....nooooo..I can't believe she's dead honey...oh god please nooooooooo" cried out Crystal. When doctors came back they were shocked; they couldn't believe that Crystal was alive.

"It's a miracle.....oh man...we have to calm her down" said Dr. Able

"Honey...Honey...Honey please you have to stop crying sweetheart" said Nick holding her tightly.

"Yes honey we know we are so sorry sweetie" said one of the those nurses helping Crystal to the bed. Crystal continued to cry even harder.

"Dammit; this isn't good for her..we have to clam her down...her blood pressure is to darn high...please sir....maybe you need to get our for a minute..we will watch her...your friends need to know this" said Dr. Able. Then the doctor grabbed some medication to calm her down. Crystal then began calm down some.

"No Doctor it's okay.....I'm fine now..I don't need anything else" said Crystal breathing hard. She then began to look at her daughter's crib; then at her sons that were sound asleep.

"They were already feed Mrs. Carter..you don't need to worry" said the nurse. Nick nodded his head. "Mr. Carter it seems that your wife is going into denial...and since she's going through such dramtic tragedy..she could go through amnesia...and forget what happened...this whole thing about how she lost her baby she's not going to remember it..but possibly she will start to get bits and pieces or the entire thing could hit her right in the head" said Dr. Able.

"Oh no.... Crystal" said Nick " Honey...did she suffer any?" asked Crystal

"No she didn't darling" said Nick

"How did it happen Nick..." said Crystal looking at her dead daughter's crib. Nick didn't dare answer her.

Over in the north wing Brian and AJ were trying to calm Courtney down. She was so pissed off that face was turning red and it was scaring AJ.

"Baby stop..you have to stop..it's not good for you or the baby" said AJ

"No Alex!! she took my best friend from me..she needs to be kicked the shit out of her..it's not fair..why couldn't Kristin die and not Crystal and the babies..it's all Kristin's fault..you and Brian cannot tell me to stop this hatrid I now have for Kristin please Alex" said Courtney looking at AJ

"Courtney do you really think AJ wants yoy to loose this baby that your carrying...you can't do this to yourself..if you keep this up..you will loose your baby...and serisously I don't think that AJ and you would ever want that" said Brian taking Courtney's hand. Courtney began to cry.

"Rok....your right I don't wanna loose me and AJ's baby..it would kill me and AJ...worse of all me because of my behavior..I wanna see her dead so badly" said Courtney between sobs. Courtney was so sad and miserable. AJ and Brian stayed with for a while till she was calm enough to go back to the others.

Outside in the parking lot Kristin had the radio turned up high. She didn't care about the mistakes she was making. She wanted to be with Nick and now that he had hurt her so badly in the hospital ; she wasn't sure of what to do."I gotta have Nick; without him my life isn't worth living..I have to make him understand that none of this was my fault it was only Crystal's fault..she attacked me and therefore she let her own life go down the drain...Nick must be so upst..I can't even get near him without Courtney or someone else seeing me and defending Crystal..shit!..I will be with Nick..fate shall bring us together..I don't need Kevin anymore..he's useless to me..I will think of some plan to get Nick away from that tramp Crystal..he has to be with me forever" said Kristin. She drove away from then hospital and was finally out of sight for a while.

Over the next few months Crystal stayed in the hospital. She was much too weak to get out of bed. Nick stayed in the hospital with her untill her release. Nick and the other helped with the newborn Carters as much as they could all except for AJ and Courtney; they did help out some but fortunately for them they had to get ready for the day of Courtney's birth. Within the next week or so Courtney and AJ's little girl was born. They named her Maria. She was soo beautiful and so sweet.

Funeral arrangements were held for Lil Izabelle. It was a beautiful funreal. Unfortunately Crystal had a very hard time saying good-bye "No mother should have to bury their own child " said Crystal looking up at Nick with tears in her eyes.

"I know honey...I know" said Nick rubbing his wife and kissing her head. Izabelle's tomb read " Izabella Ann Carter An Angel From God" Born February 12, 2003- Died February 12,2003. The sun then began to leave the surface of the earth. And for the rest of her life Izabelle layed in the tomb. But her sweet little spirit remained in Heaven happy safe and filled with peace.
